Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi dosis pupuk kompos yang diperkaya Azolla microphylla terhadap jumlah tanaman dan jumlah daun rumput raja defoliasi keempat. Penelitian menggunakan materi berupa rumput raja yang ditanam pada 27 petak perlakuan. Lahan yang digunakan seluas 400 meter2, dengan setiap petak luasnya adalah 3 meter2, jarak antar petak 1 meter, dan jarak tanam 30 cm x 80 cm. Pengamatan dilakukan pada defoliasi keempat. Pupuk kompos yang diperkaya Azolla microphylla, digunakan sebanyak 162 kg/ defoliasi dan jumlah Azolla microphylla sebanyak 10,8 kg/ ulangan . Alat yang digunakan selama penelitian yaitu: bilah bambu, cangkul, sekop, karung,  plastik ukuran 5 kg, alat tulis,dan kertas hvs. Parameter yang diukur adalah jumlah daun dan jumlah tanaman rumput raja. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis variansi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis variansi diketahui tidak ada interaksi antara pupuk kompos dan Azolla microphylla terhadap jumlah daun dan jumlah tanaman rumput raja. Jumlah daun hanya dipengaruhi oleh Azolla microphylla dengan persamaan regresi y = 1.2722 x + 160.04 dan jumlah tanaman dipengaruhi oleh Azolla microphylla dengan persamaan regresi y = 0.2611x + 15.111 dan pupuk kompos dengan persamaan regresi y= 0.2944x + 14.444.

This study aims to determine the effect of the combination of dosage of compost enriched by Azolla microphylla on the number of plants and the number of leaves of the fourth defoliated king grass. The research used material in the form of king grass planted on 27 treatment plots. The land used is 400 meters2, with each plot measuring 3 meters2, the distance between the plots is 1 meter, and the spacing is 30 cm x 80 cm. Observations were made at the fourth defoliation. The compost, enriched with Azolla microphylla, was used as much as 162 kg/ defolation and the amount of Azolla microphylla as much as 10.8 kg/repeat . The tools used during the study were: bamboo blades, hoes, shovels, sacks, 5 kg plastic, stationery, and hvs paper. The parameters measured were the number of leaves and the number of king grass plants. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance. Based on the results of the analysis of variance, no interaction affect between compost and Azolla microphylla the number of leaves and the number of king grass plants. The number of leaves is only affected by Azolla microphylla with a regression equation y = 1.2722 x + 160.04 and the number of plants is influenced by Azolla microphylla with a regression equation y = 0.2611x + 15.111 and compost with a regression equation y = 0.2944x + 14.444
