Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas hukum pelaksanaan tugas bidan berdasarkan pelimpahan wewenang mandat dokter kandungan dalam pelayanan kebidanan dan  pengaruh faktor kedisiplinan kerja, motivasi kerja dan kerja sama terhadap efektivitas hukum pelaksanaan tugas bidan berdasarkan pelimpahan wewenang mandat dokter kandungan dalam pelayanan kebidanan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis dan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Rumah  Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga dengan  responden sebanyak 30 (tiga puluh) bidan. Pengambilan sempel mengunakan simple random sampling. Data yang digunakan meliputi data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui metode angket, dokumenter dan kepustakaan. Data diolah menggunakan teknik coding, editing, dan tabulasi kemudian dianalisis dengan distribusi frekuensi analisis, tabel silang analisis, analisis isi dan analisis perbandingan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat efektivitas hukum pelaksanaan tugas bidan berdasarkan pelimpahan wewenang mandat dokter kandungan dalam pelayanan kebidanan adalah efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian terhadap 4 (indikator) meliputi efektifnya bentuk pelaksanaan pelimpahan wewenang mandat dokter kandungan, efektifnya tanggung jawab pelaksanaan pelimpahan wewenang mandat, efektifnya sistem pengawasan pelimpahan wewenang mandat, efektifnya sistem evaluasi pelimpahan wewenang mandat. Faktor kedisiplinan, motivasi, dan kerja sama berpengaruh secara positif terhadap efektivitas hukum pelaksanaan tugas bidan berdasarkan pelimpahan wewenang mandat dokter kandungan dalam pelayanan kebidanan.

This study aims to determine the legal effectiveness of the implementation of midwifery duties based on the delegation of the mandate of obstetricians in midwifery services and the influence of work discipline, work motivation and cooperation factors on the legal effectiveness of midwifery implementation based on the delegation of mandate authority for obstetricians in midwifery services at Regional General Hospitals Dr. R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga.
This research uses quantitative research methods with a sociological juridical approach and descriptive research specifications. This research is located at the Regional General Hospital dr R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga with 30 (thirty) midwives as respondents. Samples were taken using simple random sampling. The data used include primary data and secondary data obtained through questionnaires, documentaries and literature methods. The data were processed using coding, editing, and tabulation techniques and then analyzed with analysis frequency distribution, cross-table analysis, content analysis and comparison analysis.
The results showed that the level of legal effectiveness in the implementation of midwifery duties based on the delegation of the mandate of obstetricians in midwifery services was effective. This is evidenced by the results of research on 4 (indicators) covering the effective form of the implementation of the delegation of the mandate of the obstetrician, the effectiveness of the implementation of the delegation of mandate authority, the effectiveness of the monitoring system for the delegation of mandate authority, the effective evaluation system for the delegation of mandate authority. The factors of discipline, motivation, and cooperation have a positive effect on the effectiveness of the law in implementing the duties of a midwife based on the delegation of mandate of obstetricians in midwifery services.
