Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Modal, Tenaga Kerja, Lama Usaha, Pendidikan Dan Jam Kerja Terhadap Pendapatan Usaha Empal Gentong Di Kota Cirebon”. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu (1) menganalisis pengaruh variabel modal, tenaga kerja, lama usaha, pendidikan, dan jam kerja terhadap pendapatan usaha empal gentong, (2) mengetahui dari ke-lima variabel tersebut variabel manakah yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap pendapatan pengusaha empal gentong. Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Jumlah responden terdiri dari 30 pengusaha empal gentong. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang ada menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal, tenaga kerja, lama usaha, pendidikan, dan jam kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap pendapatan pengusaha empal gentong di Kota Cirebon. Sedangkan untuk hasil analisis masing-masing menunjukan bahwa modal dan lama usaha berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan. Untuk variabel tenaga kerja, pendidikan dan jam kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pendapatan pengusaha empal gentong di Kota Cirebon. Dari ke-lima variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan pengusaha empal gentong di Kota Cirebon adalah variabel modal.

This study entitled "Effect of Capital, Labor, Length of Business, Education and Working Hours on Business Income of Empal Gentong in Cirebon City". The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the variables of capital, labor, length of business, education, and working hours on business income of empal gentong, and to find out which of the five variables has the greatest influence on the income of empal gentong entrepreneurs. 
The method in this study using the method of observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The number of respondents consisted of 30 empal gentong entrepreneurs.
Based on the results of existing research, it shows that the variables of capital, labor, length of business, education, and working hours have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the income of empal gentong entrepreneurs in Cirebon City. Meanwhile, the results of each analysis show that the capital and length of business have a positive and significant effect. For the variables of labor, education and working hours do not have a significant effect on the income of empal gentong entrepreneurs in Cirebon City. Of the five variables that most influence the income of empal gentong entrepreneurs in Cirebon City, the variable is capital.
The implication resulting from this research is that entrepreneurs can increase their capital by making loans, because capital is the biggest influencing factor, entrepreneurs can develop their workforce to be more skilled, maintain the quality of their products, entrepreneurs can also take part in MSME innovation training held by related parties, and can better adjust consumers in determining business hours of work.
