KADAR LEMAK DAN BAHAN KERING TANPA LEMAK (BKTL) SUSU SEGAR KAMBING PERAH PERANAKAN ETAWAH (PE) DI KECAMATAN KALIGESING KABUPATEN PURWOREJO

Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengkaji kualitas susu, mengkaji perbedaan kadar lemak atau bahan kering tanpa lemak (BKTL) susu dan mengkaji hubungan antara kadar lemak dan BKTL susu kambing perah PE di Kecamatan Kaligesing. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei yang distratifikasi berdasarkan jumlah peternak kambing PE yang terbesar, sedang dan terendah di Kecamatan Kaligesing yang kemudian diperoleh tiga desa terpilih yaitu Desa Pandanrejo, Tlogoguwo dan Kaliharjo. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana dan Analisis Uji t. Hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana kadar lemak dan kadar BKTL susu kambing PE adalah kadar lemak memiliki pengaruh 13,6% terhadap kadar BKTL dan memiliki persamaan linier sederhana yaitu Y = 9,300 - 0,185X, artinya kadar BKTL (X) dapat menduga kadar lemak (Y). Hasil analisis uji t kadar lemak susu kambing PE Desa Pandanrejo (4,83%), Tlogoguwo (4,90%) dan Kaliharjo (4,60%) tidak berbeda nyata (P>0,05), demikian juga untuk dan begitu juga hasil analisis uji t kadar BKTL susu kambing PE Desa Pandanrejo (8,45%), Tlogoguwo (8,32%) dan Kaliharjo (8,37%). Kadar lemak dan BKTL susu kambing PE di Kecamatan Kaligesing sudah memenuhi standar kualitas susu kambing. Kadar lemak dan BKTL susu kambing PE di Desa Pandanrejo, Desa Tlogoguwo, dan Desa Kaliharjo relatif sama.

The research objectives were to assess the quality of milk, to assess differences in levels of fat or solid non fat (SNF) of milk and to examine the relationship between fat content and SNF of PE dairy goat milk in Kaligesing District. The study used a survey method that was stratified based on the largest, medium and lowest number of PE goat breeders in Kaligesing District which was obtained by three selected villages, namely Pandanrejo Village, Tlogoguwo and Kaliharjo. The data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis and t-test. The results of simple linear regression analysis of fat content and SNF content of goat milk with PE is that fat content has an effect of 13.6% on SNF levels and has a simple linear equation, namely Y = 9,300 - 0.185X, meaning that SNF (X) levels can indicate fat content (Y). The results of the analysis of the value of the fat content of the PE goat's milk in the villages of Pandanrejo (4,83%), Tlogoguwo (4,90%) and Kaliharjo (4,60%) were not significantly different (P> 0.05), similarly the results of the t-test analysis for the levels SNF of PE goat milk in the villages of Pandanrejo (8,45%), Tlogoguwo (8,32%) and Kaliharjo (8,37%). Fat content and SNF of PE goat milk in Kaligesing District have met the quality standards of goat milk. Fat content and SNF of PE goat milk in Pandanrejo Village, Tlogoguwo Village, and Kaliharjo Village are relatively the same.
