Pengaruh Motivasi dan Kemampuan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Banyumas
Kinerja pegawai yang tinggi akan mendukung produktivitas organisasi. Untuk menciptakan peningkatan kinerja yang tinggi, maka didukung oleh beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai yakni adanya motivasi dan kemampuan kerja pegawai. 
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh motivasi dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dinas perindustrian dan perdagangan kabupaten banyumas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan seluruh populasi pegawai Disperindag.  Menggunakan sampel jenuh didapatkan 50 orang menjadi responden. Untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai digunakan uji korelasi product moment. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS for windows.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya motivasi dan kemampuan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai Disperindag Kabupaten Banyumas. Hal ini diperoleh dari persamaan regresi dengan perhitungan sebagai berikut: Y = a + bx menjadi, Y = 32,417 + 0,061x. Koefisien regresi X sebesar 0,061. Nilai ini berarti setiap penambahan 1 nilai variabel motivasi kerja (X1) dan kemampuan kerja (X2), maka nilai kinerja pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Banyumas (Y) bertambah sebesar 0,061. Nilai positif pada persamaan regresi menandakan semakin tinggi nilai X maka nilai Y akan semakin bagus. Tabel diatas juga menunjukkan bahwa nilai Sig. sebesar 0,000. Hal ini berarti Ha diterima karena 0,000 < 0,05 dan berarti pula H0 ditolak.

The Influence of Motivation and Work Ability on Employee Performance of the Banyumas Regency Industry and Trade Service
	High employee performance will support organizational productivity. To create a high performance increase, it is supported by several factors that affect employee performance. One of the factors that affect employee performance is the motivation and work ability of employees.
	This study aims to determine the influence of motivation and work ability on employee perfomance of the Banyumas Regency Industry and Trade Service. The method used in this research is quantitative with the entire population of Disperindag employees. Using a saturated sample, it was found that 50 people became respondents. To test the effect of motivation and work ability on employee performance, the product moment correlation test is used. Data processing was performed using the SPSS for windows program.
	The results of this study shows that motivation and work ability affected the performance of Disperindag employees in Banyumas Regency. This is obtained from the regression equation with the following calculations: Y = a + bx becomes, Y = 32.417 + 0.061x. The regression coefficient X is 0.061. This value means that for each additional 1 value of the work motivation variable (X1) and work ability (X2), the employees performance value of the Banyumas Regency Industry and Trade Service (Y) increases by 0.061. A positive value in the regression equation indicates that the higher the X value, the better the Y value. The table above also shows that the Sig. amounting to 0,000. This means that Ha is accepted because 0.000 <0.05 and also means that H0 is rejected.
