PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN SAWI PAGODA (Brassica narinosa L.) TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN BATANG PISANG SEBAGAI PENGGANTI POLIBAG DAN KONSENTRASI POC URIN KELINCI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui pengaruh wadah media tanam batang pisang dan polibag terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi pagoda. 2) Mengetahui konsentrasi pupuk organik cair urin kelinci yang mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi pagoda. 3) Mengetahui pengaruh wadah media tanam batang pisang dan pupuk organik cair urin kelinci terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi pagoda. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli 2020 hingga bulan Oktober 2020 di lahan yang berada di Desa Candirejo Kecamatan Mojotengah Kabupaten Wonosobo. Penelitian berupa percobaan pot yang dirancang dalam faktorial 3x2. Perlakuan tersebut dialokasikan dalam Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL). Perlakuan berupa kombinasi antara konsentrasi (0 ml/l, 100 ml/l, 200 ml/l) pupuk organik cair urin kelinci dan wadah tanam polibag serta batang pisang. Variabel yang diamati yaitu jumlah daun, tinggi tanaman, luas daun, bobot tajuk segar, bobot tanaman segar, bobot akar segar, volume akar, bobot tajuk kering, bobot tanaman kering, dan bobot akar kering. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji F, apabila terdapat keragaman maka dilanjutkan dengan Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wadah tanam polibag mampu memberikan hasil lebih baik dibandingkan wadah tanam dengan batang pisang pada variabel jumlah daun, volume akar, bobot akar segar, bobot akar kering, bobot tajuk kering tanaman sawi pagoda. Aplikasi pupuk organik cair urin kelinci dengan konsentrasi 100 ml/L dan 200 ml/L tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi pagoda dibandingkan dengan kontrolnya (tidak diberi pupuk organik cair urin kelinci).

This study aims to: 1) Determine the effect of planting media containers for banana stalks and polybags on the growth and yield of mustard greens. 2) Determine the concentration of rabbit urine liquid organic fertilizer which can increase the growth and yield of mustard pagoda. 3) Determine the effect of banana stem media containers and rabbit urine liquid organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of pagoda mustard plants. This research was conducted from July 2020 to October 2020 on the land in Candirejo Village, Mojotengah District, Wonosobo Regency. The research was a pot experiment which was designed in a 3x2 factorial. These treatments were allocated in a completely randomized block design (RAKL). The treatment was a combination of concentrations (0 ml / l, 100 ml / l, 200 ml / l) of rabbit urine liquid organic fertilizer and polybag planting containers and banana stems. The variables observed were number of leaves, plant height, leaf area, fresh shoot weight, fresh plant weight, fresh root weight, root volume, dry shoot weight, dry plant weight, and dry root weight. The data obtained were analyzed using the F test, if there is diversity then it is followed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at the 5% level. The results showed that polybag planting containers were able to give better results than planting containers with banana stems on the variable number of leaves, root volume, fresh root weight, dry root weight, and dry shoot weight of pagoda mustard plants. The application of rabbit urine liquid organic fertilizer with a concentration of 100 ml / L and 200 ml / L did not have an effect on the growth and yield of mustard greens compared to the control (not given liquid organic fertilizer of rabbit urine).
