Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)

Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Kepribadian Tokoh Olivia dalam Novel ACC, PAK!! Karya Rara Rachel dan Implementasinya pada Pembelajaran Apresiasi Karya Sastra di SMA”. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menganalisis kepribadian tokoh utama dalam novel Acc, Pak!!. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) Kepribadian tokoh Olivia yang terdapat pada Novel Acc, Pak!!!. (2) Nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang terdapat pada unsur intrinsik tokoh/ penokohan.
	Bentuk penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu karya sastra berbentuk novel yang berjudul Acc, Pak!! karya Rara Rachel. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan analisis kepribadian tokoh dengan menggunakan teori psikologi sastra. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik baca dan catat. 
	Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) Kepribadian Olivia didominasi oleh sistem kepribadian Id, jadi ego yang terdapat dalam diri Olivia tidak dapat menekan id. 
 (2) Nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang terdapat pada unsur tokoh penokohan yaitu tanggung jawab, mandiri, kerja keras yang terdapat pada novel Acc, Pak!!

This research entitled "Analysis of the Personality of Olivia in Novel ACC, PAK !! by Rara Rachel's Work and Its Implementation in Learning Appreciation of Literature in High Schools ”. This study aims to describe (1) the values of character education contained in the intrinsic elements of characterizing figures (2) the personality of Olivia in the novel Acc, Pak !!.
This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subject of this research is a literary work in the form of a novel entitled Acc, Pak !! by Rara Rachel. This research is focused on problems related to character analysis using literary psychology theory. The data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques, namely by providing a qualitative description of literature, data, or material objects that are not numbers but in the form of language or discourse expressions through precise and systematic interpretation. The data was collected using reading and writing techniques.
The results showed (1) the character education values contained in the characterization elements, namely responsibility, independence, hard work found in the novel Acc, Sir !! (2) Olivia's personality is dominated by the Id personality system, so the ego contained in Olivia cannot suppress the id.
