Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Sektor Ekonomi Basis dan Non Basis di Kabupaten Cilacap (Pendekatan SLQ dan DLQ) Tahun 2014-2018”. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sektor yang menjadi sektor basis dan non basis di Kabupaten Cilacap Tahun 2015-2018 dan menganalisis sektor basis di masa mendatang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Analisis Location Quotient (SLQ) dan Analisis Dynamic Location (DLQ). Setelah dilakukan analisis SLQ ditemukan bahwa terdapat dua sektor yang menjadi sektor basis yaitu Pertambangan dan Penggalian serta sektor industry pengolahan yang merupakan sektor dengan nilai SLQ paling tinggi. Hasil DLQ menunjukkan bahwa sektor pertambangan, penggalian dan industri pengolahan merupakan sektor basis di masa mendatang di Kabupaten Cilacap.
Implikasi dari penelitian adalah pemerintah Kabupaten Cilacap sebagai penggerak daerah untuk tetap memperthankan sektor-sektor ekonomi basisi dan tetap memberikan perhatian terhadap sektor-sektor yang potensial yang dapat memberikan nilai tambah terhadap pertumbuhan PDRB serta diharapkan dapat mengevaluasi kebijakan pembangunan dan bisa mempertahankan posisi sektor perekonomian agar setiap sektor tetap bisa menciptakan lapangan kerja baru.

This research is entitled "Analysis of Basis and Non-Basis Economic Sectors in Cilacap Regency (SLQ and DLQ Approaches) 2014-2018". The purpose of this research is to analyze the basic and non-basic sectors in Cilacap Regency in 2015-2018 and to analyze the basic sectors in the future. The method used in this research is Location Quotient Analysis (SLQ) and Dynamic Location Analysis (DLQ). After the SLQ analysis was carried out, it was found that there were two sectors that became the base sector, namely mining and quarrying and the manufacturing industry sector which was the sector with the highest SLQ value. The DLQ results show that the mining, quarrying and processing industry sectors are the future base sectors in Cilacap Regency.
The implication of this research is that the Cilacap Regency government as a regional driving force to maintain the basic economic sectors and still pay attention to potential sectors that can provide added value to GRDP growth and is expected to evaluate development policies and be able to maintain the position of the economic sector so that every sectors can still create new jobs.
