Penerapan Regresi Logistik Ordinal Pada Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Provinsi Jawa Tengah Tahun 2018

Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) merupakan alat ukur keberhasilan pembangunan manusia yang dilakukan di suatu wilayah pada waktu tertentu. Selama periode 2010-2018, IPM di Provinsi Jawa Tengah terus mengalami peningkatan. Kendati demikian pada tahun 2018, IPM Provinsi Jawa Tengah masih tercatat BPS berada di bawah level nasional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap IPM di Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari BPS yang terdiri dari IPM dan variabel prediktor tahun 2018 di 34 kabupaten. Data IPM dikategorikan menjadi tiga level yaitu sangat tinggi, tinggi, dan sedang. Metode yang digunakan untuk pemodelan IPM dan faktor-faktor ini menggunaka regresi logistik ordinal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap IPM yaitu angka partisipasi kasar SMA atau APK SMA (x1), persentase penduduk miskin (x2), dan persentase wanita yang menikah pada usia kurang dari 17 tahun (x4).

Human Development Index (HDI) is a measure of human development success in an area at a particular time. During the period 2010-2018, HDI at the Central Java Province is increasing. However, the Central Bureau of Statistics or BPS recorded that the HDI in 2018 was still below the national level. The purpose of the study is to determine the significant influence factors for the HDI at Central Java. The research used secondary data of HDI and the predictors variable in 2018, at 34 districts, obtained from BPS. The HDI data was categorized to be three levels, very high, high, and medium level. The method used to model the HDI and its factors was ordinal logistic regression analysis. Result showed that three factors influenced the HDI, the percentage of gross enrolment rate or APK for SMA (x1), the percentage of poor people (x2), and the percentage of married women at less than 17 (x4).
