PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA DENGAN IKLIM KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL PEMODERASI

Lembaga pendidikan formal memiliki struktur organisasi dengan tujuan mencapai yang sudah direncanakan, dengan kepemimpinan sekolah yang baik akan memberikan suasana sekolah yang kondusif untuk melakukan proses pembelajaran demi menghasilkan siswa yang kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. 2) Menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru. 3) Menganalisis pengaruh iklim kerja sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. 4) Menganalisis apakah iklim kerja sekolah memoderasi pengaruh antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. 5) Menganalisis apakah iklim kerja sekolah memoderasi pengaruh antara kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru.. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru MAN 1 Banyumas sebanyak 62. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, regresi moderasi, uji F dan uji T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru di MAN 1 Banyumas (2) Kompetensi profesional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru di MAN 1 Banyumas (3) Iklim kerja sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru di MAN 1 Banyumas (4) Iklim kerja sekolah tidak memoderasi pengaruh positif kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (5) Kompetensi profesional tidak memoderasi pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru.

Formal educational institutions have an organizational structure with planned goals, with good school leadership that will provide a conducive school atmosphere to carry out the learning process in order to produce competitive students. This study aims to 1) analyze the leadership leadership of the principal on teacher performance. 2) Analyzing the effect of professional competence on teacher performance. 3) Analyze the school work climate on teacher performance. 4) Analyze whether the school work climate moderates the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance. 5) Analyze whether the school work climate moderates the effect of professional competence on teacher performance. This research is a quantitative study using a survey method. The population in this study were 62 teachers of MAN 1 Banyumas. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis, moderation regression, F test and T test. The results showed: (1) Principal leadership has a positive effect on teacher performance in MAN 1 Banyumas (2) Professional competence has a positive effect on teacher performance in MAN 1 Banyumas (3) School work climate has a positive effect on teacher performance in MAN 1 Banyumas (4) )) The school work climate has no positive influence on the principal's leadership (5) Professional competence does not moderate the effect of professional competence on teacher performance.
