EVALUASI USABILITY PADA LAMAN TRIPIO COMPUTER MENGGUNAKAN USE QUESTIONNAIRE

Pertumbuhan dunia teknologi informasi yang cepat memberikan dampak terhadap penyebaran jumlah perangkat lunak. Pemeliharaan perangkat lunak diperlukan sebagai penunjang kualitas perangkat lunak dengan mengukur dari sisi produk maupun proses memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada. Untuk itu peneliti menganalisis Evaluasi Usability pada Laman Tripio Computer menggunakan metode USE Questionnaire. USE Questionnaire . Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dan mengetahui kinerja tampilan antarmuka website tripio.co.id dengan usability testing menggunakan USE Questionnaire?. Penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden melalui google form, kemudian dihitung jumlah prosentase dari jawaban responden, mengacu berdasar sumber dari Nelson dalam Introduction to usability, metode evaluasi usability pada laman Tripio Computer menggunakan USE Questionnaire.Hasil evaluasi Usability Menggunakan USE Questionnaire, paada pengujian Antarmuka Website Tripio.Co.Id, yang terdiri dari 30 item pertanyaan dengan 87 responden melalui Google Form, maka hasil yang didapatkan dari empat (4) indikator adalah adalah Usefulness (kebergunaan), 92 % Ease of Use (kemudahan penggunaan sebanyak 92%, Ease of Leearning (kemudahan mempelajari), 92%, Satisfaction (kepuasan penggunaan), 89% .Maka disimpulkan bahwa Website Tripio terbukti efektif, mudah digunakan dan berguna sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja pelayananan informasi bagi pelanggan.

The rapid growth of information technology in the world has an impact on the spread of the number of software. Software maintenance needed to support the quality of the device by measuring it from the product side or the software process utilizes existing technology. For this reason, researchers analyzed the Usability Evaluation on the Tripio Computer website using the USE Questionnaire method. USE Questionnaires. The research objective is to see the level of customer satisfaction and to see the performance of the website interface tripio.co.id with usability testing using the USE Questionnaire?. Distributing questionnaires to respondents via google form, then calculating the percentage of respondents' answers, referring to the source from Nelson in the introduction to usability, the usability evaluation method on the Tripio Computer page uses the USE Questionnaire. The results of the evaluation of the Usefulness Using the USE Questionnaire, in testing the Tripio.Co.Id Website Interface, which consists of 30 item questions with 87 questions via Google Form, the results obtained from four (4) indicators are Usefulness, 92 % Ease of Use (92% proper use, Ease of Leearning), 92%, Satisfaction (usage satisfaction), 89%. So it was revealed that the Tripio Web Site was proven to be effective, easy to use and useful so that it could improve the performance of customer information services.
