Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey, dengan judul pengaruh kecedasan emosional, efikasi diri terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi kelas X IPS MAN 1 Banyumas dengan perilaku belajar sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 151 siswa dengan menggunakan metode proportional random sampling dan menghasilkan 110 sampel.
Teknik pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi, kuesioner alat analisis yang digunakan analisis regresi berganda, analisis regresi moderasi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X IPS MAN 1 Banyumas, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X IPS MAN 1 Banyumas, perilaku belajar tidak memoderasi pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X IPS MAN 1 Banyumas, perilaku belajar tidak memoderasi pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X IPS MAN 1 Banyumas, perilaku belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X IPS MAN 1 Banyumas. Implikasi yang diberikan sebaiknya guru lebih mengoptimalkan kecerdasan emosional, meningkatkan efikasi diri siswa, dan menumbuhkan perilaku yang baik, peneliti selanjutnya dapat menambah variabel lain yang belum diteliti.

This research is a quantitative research with a survey method, with the title the effect of emotional intelligence, self-efficacy on economic learning achievement in class X IPS MAN 1 Banyumas with learning behavior as a moderating variable. The population in this study were 151 students using the proportional random sampling method to produce 110 sample.
Data collection techniques through documentation, questionnaires and using multiple regression analysis, regression analysis moderation, coefficient of determination, F test, t test. The results of this study are emotional intelligence has a positive effect on the economic learning achievement of students of class X IPS MAN 1 Banyumas, self-efficacy has a positive effect on the economic learning achievement of students of class X IPS MAN 1 Banyumas, learning behavior does not moderate the effect of emotional intelligence on economic learning achievement of class X IPS MAN 1 Banyumas, learning behavior does not moderate the effect of self-efficacy on economic learning achievement of class X IPS MAN 1 Banyumas, learning behavior has a positive effect on the economic learning achievement of students of class X IPS MAN 1 Banyumas. The implication given that the teacher should optimize emotional intelligence, increase student self-efficacy, and foster good behavior, further researchers can add other variables that have not been studied.
