Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mengenai tingkat keberhasilan Program keluarga Harapan (PKH) pada dua variabel, yaitu variabel efektivitas Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dan variabel Efektivitas penggunaan dana Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). Skripsi ini dilakukan di Desa Jembangan yang merupakan desa paling banyak penerima manfaat dari Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) se Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif yang dikuantitatifkan. Dalam pengambilan data digunakan metode melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 102 responden yang masing – masing terdiri dari 51 Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dan 51 responden yang terdiri dari perangkat desa dan tokoh masyarakat setempat. Untuk keabsahan tiap butir kuesioner digunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis skripsi ini menggunakan analisis Rating Scale untuk menentukan tingkat efektivitas dan menggunakan analisis uji beda yaitu uji normalitas sebagai penentuan data, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan menggunakan uji independent test untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan tingkat efektivitas antar variabel. 
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis Rating Scale dan Uji Beda, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa : (1) Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dalam pelaksanaanya sudah efektif (2) Penggunaan dana Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) sudah cukup efektif (3) Ada perbedaan tingkat efektivitas Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dan efektivitas alokasi penggunaan dana PKH. 
Oleh karena itu, diharapkan adanya keberlanjutan dan pengawasan lebih pada program tersebut agar semakin efekivitas. Penelitian ini belum dilakukan secara maksimal karena terhalang kondisi yang disebabkan karena wabah COVID.

This study aims to analyze the level of success of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in two variables, namely the variable of the effectiveness of the Family Hope Program (PKH) and the variable of the effectiveness of the use of the Family Hope Program (PKH) funds. This thesis was conducted in Jembangan Village, which is the village with the most beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Banjarnegara Regency. The type of data in this study is quantitative qualitative data. The method used in data collection was a questionnaire distributed to 102 respondents, each consisting of 51 Beneficiary Families (KPM) of the Family Hope Program (PKH) and 51 respondents consisting of village officials and local community leaders. For the validity of each item of the questionnaire used the validity test and reliability test. This thesis analysis technique uses Rating Scale analysis to determine the level of effectiveness and uses different test analysis, namely normality test as data determination, then continued by using independent test to determine whether there is a difference in the level of effectiveness between variables.
Based on the results of the study using the Rating Scale analysis and the Difference Test, it can be concluded that: (1) The Family Hope Program (PKH) has been effective in its implementation (2) The use of funds for the Family Hope Program (PKH) is quite effective (3) There are differences in the level of effectiveness The Family Hope Program (PKH) and the effectiveness of the allocation of PKH funds.
Therefore, it is hoped that there will be more sustainability and supervision of the program so that it will be more effective. This research has not been carried out optimally because of the conditions caused by the COVID-19 outbreak.
