THE EFFECT OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY DISCLOSURE AND GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE ON FIRM VALUE WITH PROFITABILITY AS INTERVENING VARIABLE

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengungkapan CSR dan GCG terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan profitabilitas sebagai variable intervening. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan textile dan garmen yang tercatat dalam BEI dari tahun 2015-2019. Data di analisis menggunakan uji regresi. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah CSRD dan GCG. Variabel dependen adalah nilai perusahaan. Variabel intervening adalah profitabilitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa CSRD berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas, GCG berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas, CSRD berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui profitabilitas, GCG berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui profitabilitas, dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan.

This study aims to determine the effect of CSR and GCG disclosure on firm value with profitability as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative study using secondary data. The object of this research is the textile and garment companies listed on the IDX from 2015-2019. Data were analyzed using regression test. The independent variables in this study are CSRD and GCG. The dependent variable is firm value. The intervening variable is profitability. The results of this study indicate that CSRD has a positive effect on profitability, GCG has a positive effect on profitability, CSRD has a positive effect on firm value through profitability, GCG has a positive effect on firm value through profitability, and profitability has a positive effect on firm value.
