Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan pasar modal dan literasi teknologi informasi pada minat mahasiswa untuk menginvestasikan uangnya di pasar modal, dimana variabel persepsi risiko sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dan Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan analisis regresi moderat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan pasar modal dan literasi teknologi informasi memiliki prngaruh positif pada minat mahasiswa untuk berinvestasi di pasar modal. Selain itu, pada pengujian persepsi risiko sebagai variabel moderasi mendapatkan hasil bahwa persepsi risiko bukan merupakan variabel moderasi dari hubungan antara pelatihan pasar modal dengan minat investasi mahasiswa. Namun, persepsi risiko merupakan variabel moderasi yang memperlemah hubungan antara literasi teknologi informasi dengan minat investasi mahasiswa.

The purpose of this research is to analysis the influence of capital market training and information technology literacy on the student's interest to invest money in the capital market, where the risk perception variable as a moderation variable.This research use survey method. The participants are student of Economics and Business Faculty in Universitas Jenderal Soedirman and Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. Data was analysed with multiple regression and moderat regression. The results showed that capital market training and information technology literacy had a positive effect on the student's interest to invest in capital markets. Additionally, the risk perception test as a moderation variable results in that risk perception is not a moderation variable from the relationship between capital market training and the student's investment interest. However, risk perception is a moderation variable that weakens the relationship between information technology literacy and the student's investment interest.
