EFEKTIVITAS PENDIDIKAN GIZI TENTANG BUAH DAN SAYUR MELALUI MEDIA INSTAGRAM TERHADAP TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN, CITRA TUBUH, SERTA ASUPAN BUAH DAN SAYUR PADA MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS JENDERAL SOEDIRMAN (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Budaya)

Latar Belakang: Konsumsi buah dan sayur pada usia dewasa awal masih sangat kurang, hal ini dapat berdampak negatif pada kesehatan. Selain itu konsumsi buah dan sayur yang masih kurang dapat mempengaruhi persepsi citra tubuh. Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi asupan buah dan sayur serta citra tubuh adalah pengetahuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pendidikan buah dan sayur melalui media instagram terhadap citra tubuh dan asupan buah dan sayur pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Budaya Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Metode: Jenis penelitian yaitu kuasi eksperimental dengan rancangan one group pretest posttest. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 49 responden diambil secara non-probability sampling. Pengukuran pengetahuan menggunakan kuesioner, citra tubuh diukur dengan menggunakan kuesioner Body Shape Questionnaire (BSQ-16) sedangkan asupan buah dan sayur diukur menggunakan SQ-FFQ. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan Paired t-test. Hasil Penelitian: Sebanyak 42,9% responden berusia 21 tahun dan 79,6% berjenis kelamin perempuan. Durasi penggunaan instagram responden sebelum diberikan intervensi berada pada kategori tinggi (>3 jam/hari) yaitu sebanyak 44,9% dan sesudah diberikan intervensi meningkat menjadi 67,3%. Analisis bivariat menunjukkan adanya perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan buah dan sayur (p=0,000), citra tubuh (p=0,000), serta asupan buah dan sayur (p=0,003) sebelum dan sesudah pendidikan buah dan sayur. Kesimpulan: Terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan, citra tubuh, serta asupan buah dan sayur sebelum dan sesudah pendidikan buah dan sayur melalui media instagram. THE EFFECTIVENESS OF NUTRITION EDUCATION ON FRUIT AND VEGETABLES THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA INSTAGRAM TO KNOWLEDGE, BODY IMAGE, AND FRUIT AND VEGETABLE INTAKE IN STUDENTS OF JENDERAL SOEDIRMAN UNIVERSITY (Study on Students of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences) Debri Indriani1, Endo Dardjito2, Katri Andini Surijati3 Background: Consumption of fruit and vegetable in early adulthood is still very low and this can have a negative impact on health. In addition, the lack of fruit and vegetable consumption can affect the perception of body image. One factor that can affect the consumption of fruit and vegetable is knowledge about it. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of providing fruit and vegetable education through social media such as Instagram on body image and fruit and vegetable intake on students of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Jenderal Soedirman University. Method: This research was conducted using quantitative methods with a quasi-experimental research type with a one group pretest-posttest design. The total sample of 49 respondents was taken by non-probability sampling. Measurement of knowledge and body image was measured by an online questionnaire, while fruit and vegetable intake was measured by the SQ-FFQ. Data was analyzed by the Wilcoxon test and Paired t-test. Research Result: 42.9% of respondents were 21 years old and 79.6% were female. The duration of using Instagram in the high category (> 3 hours/day) increased before (44.9%) and after the intervention (67.3%). Bivariate analysis showed that there were differences in the level of knowledge of fruits and vegetables (p=0,000), body image (p=0,000), and fruit and vegetable intake (p=0.003) before and after fruit and vegetable education. Conclusion: There are differences in knowledge, perception of body image, and intake of fruits and vegetables before and after providing fruit and vegetable education through Instagram.
