Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh revitalisasi di Obyek Wisata Situ Gede Kota Tasikmalaya terhadap keuntungan usaha warung makan. Selain itu tujuan dari penelitian ini juga untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keuntungan usaha warung makan di Obyek Wisata Situ Gede Kota Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan sensus karena seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji beda rata-rata dan analisis regresi populasi. Uji beda rata-rata digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh revitalisasi Obyek Wisata Situ Gede Kota Tasikmalaya terhadap keuntungan usaha warung makan sedangkan analisis regresi linear berganda digunakan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat keuntungan usaha warung makan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu, (1) terdapat peningkatan keuntungan usaha warung makan di Obyek Wisata Situ Gede Kota Tasikmalaya setelah dilakukan revitalisasi, (2) variabel lokasi usaha, lama usaha, variasi produk dan tingkat pendidikan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keuntungan usaha warung makan di Obyek Wisata Situ Gede Kota Tasikmalaya, (3) variabel modal kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keuntungan usaha warung makan di Obyek Wisata Situ Gede Kota Tasikmalaya. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu, (1) karena revitalisasi di Obyek Wisata Situ Gede Kota Tasikmalaya yang memiliki pengaruh secara positif terhadap peningkatan keuntungan usaha warung makan di obyek wisata tersebut, sebaiknya pemerintah memperhatikan obyek wisata lain di Kota Tasikmalaya agar dapat membantu meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat sekitar obyek wisata tersebut, (2) berkaitan dengan modal kerja yang memiliki pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keuntungan usaha warung makan di Obyek Wisata Situ Gede Kota Tasikmalaya, sebaiknya para pelaku usaha menganekaragamkan produk agar lebih menarik dan semakin diminati oleh konsumen.

This study aims to determine the effect of the revitalization in the Situ Gede tourism object in the City of Tasikmalaya on the profit of the food stall business. In addition, the purpose of this is also to analyze the factors that influence the profitability of food stalls in Situ Gede Tourism Object, Tasikmalaya City. This study uses a census because the entire population is used as a research sample. The analytical tool used is the average difference test and multiple linear regression analysis. The average difference test is used to determine the effect of Situ Gede Tourism Object Revitalization on the profitability of food stalls while the population regression analysis is used to find out the factors that influence the level of profit of the food stall business. The results of this study are (1) there is an increase in the profits of the food stalls in Situ Gede Tourism Object, Tasikmalaya City after revitalization, (2) business location variables, length of business, product variation and education level do not significantly influence the profits of the food stalls in Situ Gede Tourism Object, Tasikmalaya City, (3) working capital variables have a significant effect on the profits of the food stalls in Situ Gede Tourism Object, Tasikmalaya City. The implications of this research are, (1) because of revitalization in Situ Gede Tourism Object of Tasikmalaya City which has a positive influence on increasing the profit of the food stall business in the tourist attraction, the government should pay attention to other tourism objects in the City of Tasikmalaya in order to help the economy of the surrounding community These tourism objects, (2) relate to a working capital that have a positive and significant impact on the profitability of food stalls in the Situ Gede Tourism Object in Tasikmalaya City, it is better if business actors increase the working capital so they can produce more food and drinks.
