Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui pengaruh pemberian dosis pupuk guano terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai rawit., 2) mengetahui pengaruh pemberian dosis pupuk kandang sapi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai rawit., 3) mengetahui interaksi antara pemberian dosis pupuk guano dan pupuk kandang sapi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai rawit. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di screen house Kelurahan Grendeng Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara Kabupaten Banyumas Jawa tengah pada ketinggian 110 mdpl dengan jenis tanah ultisol. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Januari 2020 -  Mei 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dua faktor dengan tiga ulangan yang di susun berdasarkan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL). Faktor pertama adalah dosis pupuk guano dan faktor kedua adalah dosis pupuk kandang sapi. Variabel yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter batang, umur berbunga, bobot akar segar, bobot cabai segar per panenan per tanaman, jumlah cabai segar per panenan per tanaman. Analisis data menggunakan uji F dilanjutkan dengan DMRT pada tingkat kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pemberian dosis pupuk guano pada variabel umur berbunga dengan hasil tercepat 48 hst 25 g tanaman-1, bobot buah segar dengan hasil terberat 61,80 g dengan dosis 25 g tanaman-1, dan jumlah buah dengan jumlah terbanyak 29,5 dengan dosis 25 g tanaman-1. Pemberian dosis pupuk kandang pada umur berbunga dengan hasil tercepat 49,25 hst 450 g tanaman-1, bobot buah dengan hasil terberat 69,13 g dengan dosis 450 g tanaman-1, dan jumlah buah dengan jumlah terbanyak 32,41 buah dengan dosis 300 g tanaman-1. Terdapat interaksi antara dosis guano dan pupuk kandang sapi pada variabel pengamatan jumlah daun, diameter batang, umur berbunga, dan bobot akar segar.

This research aims to 1) determine the effect of guano fertilizer dosage on the growth and yield of cayenne pepper plants., 2) determine the effect of giving various doses of cow manure on the growth and yield of cayenne pepper plants., 3) determine the interaction between guano fertilizer dosage and cow manure on the growth and yield of cayenne pepper plants. This research was conducted at screen house of Grendeng Village, North Purwokerto District, Banyumas Regency, Central Java at 110 meters above sea level with ultisol type of soil. The study was conducted from January 2020 to May 2020. This research was a two-factor study with three replays arranged based on the Complete RandomIzed Group Design (RAKL). The first factor was the dose of guano fertilizer and the second factor was the dose of cow manure. The observed variables were the height of the plant, the number of leaves, the diameter of the stem, the age of flowering, the weight of fresh roots, the weight of fresh chili per harvest per crop, and the amount of fresh chili per harvest per crop. The data obtained were analyzed using the F continues with DMRT at an error rate of 5%. The results showed, guano fertilizer dosage of flowering age variable with the fastest result 48 hst 25 g plant-1, weight of fresh fruit with the heaviest product of 61.80 g with 25 g plant-1 dosage, and the amount of fruit with the most amount of 29.5 with of 25 g plant-1 dosage. The giving of manure dosage at flowering age with the fastest result 49.25 hst 450 g plant-1 dosage, weight of fruit with the heaviest product of 69.13 g with 450 g plant-1, and the number of fruits with the highest amount of 32.41 pieces with 300 g plant-1 dosage. This showed that there was an interaction between the dose of guano and cow manure on the variables observation; of the number of leaves, the diameter of the stem, the age of flowering, and the weight of fresh roots.
