PEMODELAN FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEMATIAN IBU MELAHIRKAN DI JAWA TENGAH DENGAN ZERO INFLATED POISSON REGRESSION

Salah satu target Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adalah menurunkan angka kematian ibu pada tahun 2030. Dalam menekan angka kematian ibu perlu dikaji terlebih dahulu faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Data angka kematian ibu melahirkan di Provinsi Jawa Tengah tahun 2018 merupakan variabel acak diskrit yang berdistribusi Poisson dan memiliki banyak nilai nol, biasanya dianalisis dengan regresi Poisson. Namun overdispersi pada data menunjukkan bahwa pemodelan Poisson kurang tepat untuk digunakan. Sehingga pada penelitian ini digunakan model untuk mengatasi masalah overdispersi yaitu dengan model Zero Inflated Poisson (ZIP). Hasil model ZIP menunjukkan bahwa Faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi angka kematian ibu melahirkan yaitu pemberian tablet Fe3 , ibu hamil yang mengalami komplikasi kebidanan, dan rumah tangga berperilaku hidup bersih dan sehat.

One of the targets of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is to reduce the maternal mortality rate by 2030. In reducing the maternal mortality rate, it is necessary to first study the factors that influence it. Data on maternal mortality in Central Java Province in 2018 was a discrete random variable that had a Poisson distribution and had many zero values, usually analyzed by Poisson regression. However, the overdispersion of the data showed that Poisson modeling was not appropriate to use. So that in this study a model was used to solve the overdispersion problem, namely the Zero Inflated Poisson (ZIP) model. The results of ZIP model show that influence the maternal mortality rate are the provision of Fe3 tablets, pregnant women who experience obstetric complications, and households with a clean and healthy lifestyle.
