Pengaruh Dosis Bokashi dari Limbah Tongkol Jagung terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tiga Varietas Kedelai (Glycine max (L.) Merr) di Tanah Pasir Pantai

Penelitian bertujuan untuk (1)mengetahui ragam pertumbuhan dan hasil dari tiga varietas kedelai yang ditanam di tanah pasir pantai, (2)mengetahui pengaruh dosis bokashi dari limbah tongkol jagung terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kedelai di tanah pasir pantai, (3)menentukan dosis pupuk bokashi yang sesuai dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil kedelai di tanah pasir pantai. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei sampai Agustus 2020 di screen house Desa Karanggintung dan Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan 2 faktor. Faktor pertama adalah ragam tiga varietas kedelai. Faktor kedua adalah pengaruh dosis bokashi limbah tongkol jagung B0=(0g/polibag), B1=(80g/polibag), B2=(160g/polibag), B3=(240g/polibag). Variabel yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah cabang, umur berbunga, umur panen, bobot kering tanaman, bobot kering akar, jumlah polong pertanaman, persentase polong isi, bobot biji pertanaman, bobot 100 biji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa varietas Devon 1 tanamannya paling tinggi dengan jumlah daun dan jumlah cabang terbanyak. Varietas Grobogan meskipun tanamannya paling pendek dengan, jumlah daun paling sedikit, serta paling cepat dipanen, tetapi hasil biji tinggi dan ukuran bijinya paling besar. Dosis bokashi dari limbah tongkol jagung 80g/polibag paling efektif dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot biji per tanaman, dan bobot tanaman kering. Pemberian bokashi limbah tongkol jagung hingga dosis 160g/polibag akan menambah umur panen, tetapi pertumbuhan dan hasil bijinya justru menurun. Interaksi antara tiga varietas kedelai dengan pemberian dosis bokashi limbah tongkol jagung bobot 100 biji pada varietas Grobogan dengan dosis 80g/polibag memiliki bobot 100 biji yang paling tinggi.

The aims of the study were (1) to determine the growth and yield of three varieties of soybean grown in sand beach soils, (2) to determine the effect of the dose of bokashi from corncob waste on the growth and yield of soybean in sand beach soils, (3) to determine the dosage of bokashi fertilizer which is suitable in increasing the growth and yield of soybeans in sand beach soils. The research was carried out from May to August 2020 at the Karanggintung Village screen house and the Agronomy and Horticulture Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University. The experimental design used was a completely randomized block design (RAKL) with 2 factors. The first factor is the variety of the three soybean varieties. The second factor is the effect of the dosage of corncob bokashi waste B0 = (0g / polybags), B1 = (80g / polybags), B2 = (160g / polybags), B3 = (240g / polybags). The variables observed were plant height, number of leaves, number of branches, flowering age, harvest age, plant dry weight, root dry weight, number of pods planted, percentage of filled pods, weight of seeds per plant, weight of 100 seeds. The results showed that the Devon 1 plant variety had the highest number of leaves and the highest number of branches. Although the Grobogan variety has the shortest plants with the least number of leaves and is the fastest to harvest, the yield of seeds is high and the size of the seeds is the largest. The dose of bokashi from corn cobs waste of 80g / polybag was the most effective in increasing plant height growth, leaf number, seed weight per plant, and dry plant weight. Giving bokashi corn cobs waste up to a dosage of 160g / polybag will increase the age of the harvest, but the growth and grain yield actually decreases. The interaction between the three varieties of soybeans with a dose of 100 seeds of corn cobs bokashi with a dose of 80g / polybag weighing 100 seeds was the highest.
