ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini tentang tingkat efisiensi ekonomis dan pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen pada industri furniture dari kayu di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini mengambil judul: “Analisis Efisiensi Produksi dan Pendapatan Industri Furniture dari Kayu di Kota Tangerang Selatan”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk menganalisis seberapa besar tingkat efisiensi ekonomis industri furniture di Kota Tangerang Selatan, (2) untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal awal, biaya tenaga kerja, lama usaha dan biaya bahan baku terhadap pendapatan, (3) untuk mencari variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan.
Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling dan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi berganda dan Analisis Tingkat Efisiensi.
Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Industri furniture dari kayu di Kota Tangerang Selatan memiliki nilai efisiensi rata-rata sebesar 2.70 dengan nilai acuan efisiensi terendah sebesar 1.13 dan nilai efisiensi terbesar 9,83. (2) Secara bersama-sama semua variabel berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan industri furniture dari kayu di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Semua variable positif kecuali variabel lama usaha berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pendapatan industri furniture dari kayu. (3) Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan industri furniture adalah variabel biaya tenaga kerja.

ABSTRACT

This research is extent of economic efficiency and the impact of the independent variable on the dependent variable on the furniture industry from wood in south tangerang city. This research take the tittle: “The Analisys of Production Efficiency and Income of the Furniture Industry from Wood in South Tangerang City”. The objectives of this research is (1) to analyze how much the economic efficiency level of the furniture industry in South Tangerang City, (2) to analyze the effect of initial capital, labor costs, length of business and raw material costs on income, (3) to find the variables most effect on income.
The sampling method using sampling techniques and analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis and analysis of efficiency levels.
The research showed that: (1) Furniture industry from wood in South Tangerang City generally has efficiency value of 2.70 with the lowest efficiency reference value of 1.13 and the largest efficiency value of 9.83. (2) Taken together all the variables affect the income of the furniture industry from wood in South Tangerang City. Initial capital, lapor costs and raw material costs have a positive and significant effect, while length of business has a negative and insignificant effect on the income of the furniture industry from wood. (3) The variable that most impact the income of the furniture industry is the variable cost of labor.
