PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN PROBIOTIK RABAL DAN RABAL PLUS DALAM PAKAN TERHADAP KADAR HEMOGLOBIN DAN ERITROSIT ITIK PERIODE PRODUKSI

ABSTRAK BHAYYU D. MUCHLISYIN. “Pengaruh Penambahan Probiotik Rabal dan Rabal Plus dalam Pakan Terhadap Kadar Hemoglobin dan Eritrosit Itik Periode Produksi” bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan probiotik rabal dan rabal plus dalam pakan terhadap kadar hemoglobin dan eritrosit itik Tegal periode produksi. Materi yang digunakan yaitu itik Tegal umur 48 minggu. Bahan yang digunakan sampel darah itik 36 buah, probiotik rabal dan rabal plus. Peralatan yang digunakan meliputi spuit, kotak termos, es batu, tabung Ethylene Diamine Tetra Acid (EDTA). Penelitian dilakukan secara experimen menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 6 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan, setiap perlakuan terdiri dari 2 sampel darah yang diambil dari 25 ekor itik secara acak, dengan perlakuan R1: Ransum ditambah 3 ml/ Liter air probiotik rabal, R2: Ransum ditambah 5 ml/ Liter air probiotik rabal, R3: Ransum ditambah 7 ml/ Liter air probiotik rabal, R4: Ransum ditambah 3 ml/ Liter air probiotik rabal plus, R5: Ransum ditambah 5 ml/ Liter air probiotik rabal plus, R6: Ransum ditambah 7 ml/ Liter air probiotik rabal plus. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan analisis variansi. Rataan kadar hemoglobin R1 11,03±0,63 g/dl; R2 12,00±0,80 g/dl; R3 11,38±0,67 g/dl; R4 12,15±0,49 g/dl; R5 10,83±1.16 g/dl; dan R6 11,23±0,65 g/dl, dan eritrosit dengan kadar rataan R1 3,50±0,09 106/mm3; R2 3,19 ±0,07 106/mm3; R3 3,16±0,18 106/mm3; R4 3,35 ±0,30 106/mm3; R5 3,68±0,18 106/mm3; dan R6 3,25 ±0,22 106/mm3. Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu pemberian probiotik rabal dan rabal plus tidak dapat meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin itik Tegal periode produksi, akan tetapi dapat meningkatkan kadar eritrosit terutama pada perlakuan probiotik rabal plus taraf 5ml/liter. ABSTRACT BHAYYU D. MUCHLISYIN. “"The Effect of Addition of Rabal and Rabal Plus Probiotics in Feed on Hemoglobin and Erythrocyte Ducks Production Periods" helps to study the effect of rabal and rabal plus probiotics in feed on hemoglobin levels and Tegal duck erythrocytes in the production period. The material used was Tegal duck, 48 weeks old. The materials used were 36 duck blood samples, rabal and rabal plus probiotics. The equipment used includes syringes, flasks, ice cube, tubes Ethylene Diamine Tetra Acid (EDTA). The study was conducted experimentally using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 6 treatments and 3 replications, each treatment consisted of 2 blood samples taken from 25 ducks randomly, with treatment R1: Ration plus 3 ml / Liter rabal probiotic water, R2: Ration plus 5 ml / Liter rabal probiotic water, R3: Ration plus 7 ml / Liter rabal probiotic water, R4: Ration plus 3 ml / Liter rabal plus probiotic water, R5 : Ration plus 5 ml / Liter rabal plus probiotic water, R6: Ration plus 7 ml / Liter rabal plus probiotic water. The analysis was performed using analysis of variance. The average hemoglobin R1 level was 11.03 ± 0.63 g / dl; R2 12.00 ± 0.80 g / dl; R3 11.38 ± 0.67 g / dl; R4 12.15 ± 0.49 g / dl; R5 10.83 ± 1.16 g / dl; and R6 11.23 ± 0.65 g / dl, and erythrocytes with an average level of R1 3.50 ± 0.09 106 / mm3; R2 3.19 ± 0.07 106 / mm3; R3 3.16 ± 0.18 106 / mm3; R4 3.35 ± 0.30 106 / mm3; R5 3.68 ± 0.18 106 / mm3; and R6 3.25 ± 0.22 106 / mm3. The conclusion of the research is that the administration of rabal and rabal probiotics cannot increase the levels of hemoglobin in Tegal ducks in the production period, but can increase the levels of erythrocytes especially in the treatment of rabal probiotics plus a level of 5ml / liter.
