Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas hukum pelaksanaan kewenangan fisioterapis dalam pelayanan fisioterapi di Rumah Sakit wilayah Jakarta dan faktor yang cenderung berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas hukum pelaksanaan kewenangan fisioterapis dalam pelayanan fisioterapi di Rumah Sakit Wilayah Jakarta.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis dan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Rumah Sakit Wilayah Jakarta yaitu Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Fatmawati dan Rumah Sakit Pusat Otak Nasional dengan responden sebanyak 24 (dua puluh empat) orang fisioterapis. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan simple radom sampling. Jenis sumber data meliputi data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode angket, dokumenter dan kepustakaan. Data yang terkumpul diolah menggunakan teknik coding, editing, dan tabulasi  serta dianalisis dengan distribusi frekuensi analisis, tabel silang analisis, analisis isi dan analisis perbandingan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat efektivitas hukum pelaksanaan kewenangan fisioterapis dalam pelayanan fisioterapi di Rumah Sakit Wilayah Jakarta adalah efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian terhadap 5 (lima) indikator meliputi efektifnya assesmen fisioterapi, efektifnya diagnosis fisoterapi, efektifnya perencanaan intervensi fisioterapi, efektifnya intervensi fisioterapi dan efektifnya evaluasi fisioterapi. Faktor-faktor yang cenderung mempengaruhi efektivitas hukum pelaksanaan kewenangan fisioterapis dalam pelayanan fisioterapi di Rumah Sakit Wilayah Jakarta meliputi faktor kedisiplinan, faktor sarana prasarana dan faktor masa kerja.

This study aims to determine the legal effectiveness implementation of physiotherapist’s authority in physiotherapy services at the Jakarta Regional Hospital and factors that affects the legal effectiveness implementation of physiotherapist’s authority in physiotherapy services at the Jakarta Regional Hospital.
This study using quantitative methods with a sociological juridical approach and specific descriptive research. This study is located in the Jakarta Regional Hospital that is the Fatmawati Central General Hospital and the National Brain Center Hospital with 24 (twenty four) physiotherapist. The study sample was taken using simple random sampling method. Types of data sources include primary and secondary data were obtained using questionnaires, documentaries and literature. The collected data were processed using coding, editing, and tabulation techniques then analyzed with frequency distribution analysis, cross-table analysis, content analysis and comparison analysis. 
The study outcomes showed that the level of legal effectiveness in the implementation of physiotherapist’s  authority in physiotherapy services at the Jakarta Regional Hospital was effective. This is evidenced by the study outcomes on 5 (five) indicators including the effectiveness of physiotherapy assessment, the effectiveness of physiotherapy diagnosis, the effectiveness of planning for physiotherapy interventions, the effectiveness of physiotherapy interventions and the effectiveness of evaluation of physiotherapy. Factors that tend to affects the legal effectiveness  implementation of physiotherapist’s authority in physiotherapy services at the Jakarta Regional Hospital include disciplinary factors, infrastructure factors and working period factors.
