Pengaruh Komposisi Nutrisi Kalium dan Media Tanam terhadap Sifat Kimia Air dan Serapan Kalsium (Ca) pada Tanaman Pakcoy (Brassica rapa l.) dengan Sistem Hidroponik Rakit Apung

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh formula nutrisi terhadap sifat kimia air dan serapan Ca tanaman pakcoy pada sistem hidroponik rakit apung dan menentukan media tanam yang tepat untuk tanaman pakcoy pada sistem hidroponik rakit apung. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Januari sampai Juni 2020 di screenhouse Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Laboratorium Agronomi dan Holtikultura serta Laboratorium Tanah dan Sumberdaya Lahan. Rancangan Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama yaitu formula nutrisi unsur kalium 5,2% K₂O, 7,2% K₂O, 9,2% K₂O, 11,2% K₂O, dan 13,2% K₂O. Faktor kedua yaitu media tanam cocopeat dan cocopeat+zeolite. Variabel yang diamati yaitu pH air, DHL air, TDS air, suhu air dan serapan Ca tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian formula nutrisi berpengaruh terhadap serapan Ca tanaman. Aplikasi media tanam cocopeat dan zeolit berpengaruh terhadap variabel bobot tanaman segar, bobot tanaman kering, serapan Ca tanaman dan pH larutan air. Kombinasi antara pemberian formula nutrisi dan media tanam berpengaruh terhadap variabel serapan Ca tanaman.

This research aimed to determine the effect of nutrient formula of potassium content and growing media for the chemical properties of water and Ca uptake of the pakcoy on floating raft hydroponic system and determine the best treatment of planting medium for pakcoy plants on floating raft hydroponic system. This research was conducted on January to June 2020 in the screenhouse Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, the Agronomy and Horticultural Laboratory and the Soil and Land Resources Laboratory. The research design used was a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with two factors. The first factor was nutrient formula of potassium content 5,2% K₂O, 7,2% K₂O, 9,2% K₂O, 11,2% K₂O, and 13,2% K₂O. The second factor was the growing media cocopeat and cocopeat+zeolite. The variables observed were chemical properties of water (pH, DHL, TDS, temperature), fresh plant weight, dry plant weight and plants Ca uptake. The results showed that the nutritional formula had an effect on wet plant weight, dry plant weight and plant Ca uptake. The application of cocopeat and zeolite growing media affected the plant Ca uptake and pH of water solution. The combination of the provision of nutritional formulas and planting media affected the variables of plant Ca uptake.
