PENGARUH KONSENTRASI GIBERELIN DAN DOSIS PUPUK KASCING TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN PARIA (Momordica charantia L.)

Upaya dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman yaitu perlu dilakukan pemberian hormon dari luar seperti giberelin dan pupuk organik seperti kascing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi giberelin dan dosis pupuk kascing terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman paria. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan Exfarm dan di Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman pada bulan Januari sampai Mei 2020. Rancangan yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) faktorial 3x3 yaitu konsentrasi giberelin (G) dan dosis pupuk kascing (K). G1 : 0 ppm; G2 : 60 ppm; G3 : 120 ppm; K1 : 0 ton ha-1; K2 : 7,5 ton ha-1; K3 : 15 ton ha-1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi konsentrasi giberelin dan dosis pupuk kascing menunjukan adanya interaksi. Konsentrasi giberelin 60 ppm dan dosis pupuk kascing 7,5 ton ha-1 terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman paria.

Efforts to increase plant growth and yield are necessary to provide external hormones such as gibberellin and organic fertilizers such as vermicompost. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of gibberellin concentration and vermicompost fertilizer dosage on the growth and yield of bitter gourd. The research was conducted on Exfarm's land and at the Laboratory of Agronomy and Horticulture, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University from January to May 2020. The design used was a 3x3 factorial Complete Randomized Design (RAKL), namely the concentration of gibberellin (G) and the dose of vermicompost fertilizer (K ). G1: 0 ppm; G2: 60 ppm; G3: 120 ppm; K1: 0 ton ha-1; K2: 7.5 tonnes ha-1; K3: 15 tonnes ha-1. The results showed that the combination of gibberellin concentration and vermicompost fertilizer dose showed an interaction. The concentration of gibberellin 60 ppm and the dosage of vermicompost fertilizer 7.5 ton ha-1 was the best for the growth and yield of bitter gourd.
