Latar Belakang : Penelitian ini akan merumuskan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pelaksanaan program Pelayanan Kesehatan Peduli Remaja (PKPR) di Kabupaten Banyumas mneurut pandangan dari pengguna layanan itu sendiri, yaitu remaja. Hal yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah masih banyaknya permasalahan kesehatan remaja di Kabupaten Banyumas, antara lain adalah 1.318 remaja hamil dibawah usia 20 tahun, 1.245 remaja bersalin dibawah usia 20 tahun, 777 remaja mengalami anemia, 18 remaja terkena Infeksi Menular Seksual (IMS), 35 remaja terkena Infeksi Saluran Reproduksi (ISR), dan 516 remaja yang dirujuk ke fasilitas kesehatan yang lebih memadai.
Tujuan : Mengetahui  faktor-faktor  apa saja yang memengaruhi pelaksanaan program Pelayanan Kesehatan Peduli Remaja (PKPR) di Kabupaten Banyumas menurut remaja.
Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi interpretatif. Jenis pengumulan data dengan wawancara mendalam semi terstruktur dengan menggunakan bantuan panduan wawancara. Sampel penelitian ini adalah remaja di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kalibagor dan Puskesmas Purwokerto Barat. 
Hasil : Dalam penelitian ini didapatkan hasil berupa faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pelaksanaan program PKPR di Kabupaten Banyumas yaitu persepsi remaja terhadap keberadaan dan program PKPR.
Kesimpulan : Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pelaksanaan PKPR di Kabupaten Banyumas berkaitan erat dengan peran puskesmas untuk melaksanakan program-program PKPR dan peran partisipan yaitu remaja sebagai pemakai layanan tersebut. Pengetahuan remaja mengenai PKPR yang berbeda-beda dapat dihubungkan dengan latar belakang pendidikan, usia, dan asal informasi. Pengetahuan tersebut membawa remaja untuk memutuskan apakah mereka tertarik atau tidak untuk memakai layanan PKPR di puskesmas.

Background : This research will formulate the factors that influence the implementation of the Youth Care Health Service (YCHS) program in Banyumas Regency according to the views of the service users themselves, namely adolescents. The purpose of this study is to dig in-depth the knowledge of adolescents on the implementation of the Youth Care Health Service (YCHS) program in Banyumas Regency. The background of this research is that there are still many adolescent health problems in the District of Banyumas, among others are 1,318 pregnant adolescents under the age of 20 years, 1,245 adolescents maternity under the age of 20 years, 777 adolescents have anemia, 18 adolescents affected by Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI), 35 adolescents affected by Reproductive Tract Infection (RTI), and 516 adolescents who are referred to more adequate health facilities. 
Objective : Knowing what factors influence the implementation of the Youth Care Health Service (YCHS) program in Banyumas Regency according to adolescents.
Method : This research used a qualitative method with an interpretive phenomenology approach. Data was collected by semi-structured interview. The sample of this study was adolescents in the working area of the Kalibagor Health Center and the West Purwokerto Health Center.
Results : In this study, the results obtained in the form of factors that influence the implementation of the YCHS program in Banyumas Regency, namely adolescent perceptions of the existence and the YCHS program.
Conclusion : The factors that influence the implementation of YCHS in Banyumas Regency are closely related to the role of the public health center in implementing YCHS programs and the role of participants, namely youth as users of these services. Adolescent knowledge about different YCHS can be related to educational background, age, and information origin. These knowledges leads youth to decide whether or not they are interested in using YCHS services at the public health center.
