RESPON PERTUMBUHAN TANAMAN PAKCOY (Brassica Rapa L) TERHADAP PEMBERIAN PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR (POC) URIN KELINCI DAN PUPUK ORGANIK KANDANG AYAM

Tujuan penelitian adalah (1) untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan tanaman pakcoy terhadap pemberian pupuk organik cair (POC) urin kelinci, (2) mengetahui respon pertumbuhan tanaman pakcoy terhadap pemberian pupuk organik kandang ayam dan (3) mengetahui interaksi antara pupuk organik cair (POC) urin kelinci dan pupuk organik kandang ayam terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman pakcoy. Penelitian pot ini dilaksanakan di Screenhouse Fakultas Pertanian, Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Kelurahan Karangwangkal, Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara, Kabupaten Banyumas pada ketinggian + 110 meter di atas permukaan laut, dilakukan pada Januari 2020 sampai Februari 2020. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan dua faktor perlakuan yaitu konsentrasi POC urin kelinci (K) dengan 4 taraf dan dosis pupuk organik kandang ayam (A) dengan 3 taraf dan diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi POC urin kelinci (K). Konsentrasi POC urin kelinci yang diaplikasikan adalah 0%, 5%, 10% dan 15%. Faktor kedua adalah dosis pupuk organik kandang ayam (A). Dosis pupuk organik kandang ayam yang diaplikasikan adalah 30, 60 dan 90 g/tanaman. Variabel pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot tanaman segar, bobot tanaman kering, bobot akar segar, dan bobot akar kering. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi POC urin kelinci berpengaruh terhadap semua variabel yang diamati yaitu variabel tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot tanaman segar, bobot tanaman kering, bobot akar segar dan bobot akar kering. Konsentrasi POC urin kelinci terbaik pada uji DMRT adalah perlakuan K3 (150 ml/tanaman) yang sangat nyata berpengaruh terhadap bobot tanaman segar dan meningkatkan bobot tanaman segar hingga 122,7% dibanding kontrol K0 (0 ml/tanaman). Dosis pupuk kandang ayam berpengaruh terhadap semua variabel yang diamati yaitu variabel tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot tanaman segar, bobot tanaman kering, bobot akar segar dan bobot akar kering. Dosis pupuk kandang ayam terbaik pada uji DMRT adalah perlakuan A3 (90 g/tanaman) yang sangat nyata berpengaruh terhadap bobot tanaman segar dan meningkatkan bobot tanaman segar hingga 127% dibanding kontrol A1 (30 g/tanaman). Interaksi POC urin kelinci dan pupuk organik kandang ayam tidak berpengaruh terhadap semua variabel pengamatan. Kombinasi perlakuan tertinggi pada variabel bobot tanaman segar adalah kombinasi A3K3 dan meningkatkan hasil bobot tanaman segar hingga 377% dibanding kontrol A1K0.

Nutrient addition needs to be done so that the cultivated plants can grow and develop properly. One way that can be done is by utilizing rabbit urine waste as liquid organic fertilizer with chicken manure as a supplement to add nutrients. The research aims were to determine the response of pakcoy plants growth to the provision of liquid organic fertilizer(LOF) rabbit urine, knowing the response of pakcoy plant growth to the provision of organic fertilizer chicken barn manure, and know the interaction between liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) rabbit urine and chicken manure organic fertilizer on pakcoy plant growth. This pot research was carried at the Screenhouse of the Faculty of Agriculture, Agronomy and Horticultural Laboratories of the Faculty of Agriculture, General Soedirman University, Karangwangkal Sub-District, North Purwokerto Sub-District, Banyumas District at an altitude of + 110 meters above sea level, conducted from January 2020 to February 2020. The experimental design used was Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two treatment factors, namely the concentration of rabbit urine LOF (K) with 4 levels and the organic fertilizer dose of chicken coop (A) with 3 levels and repeated 3 times. The first factor is rabbit urine LOF concentration (K). LOF concentration of rabbit urine applied were 0%, 5%, 10% and 15%. The second factor is the dose of organic chicken manure (A). The dosages of organic chicken manure applied were 30, 60, and 90 g/plant. Observation variables include plants height, number of leaves, fresh plant weight, dry plant weight, fresh root weight and dry root weight. The results showed that rabbit urine LOF concentration affected all observed variables namely plant height, number of leaves, fresh plant weight, dry plant weight, fresh root weight and dry root weight. The best concentration of rabbit urine LOF in the DMRT test was K3 treatment (150 ml/plant) which significantly affected fresh plant weight and increased fresh plant weight up to 122,7% compared to K0 control (0 ml/plant). The dose of chicken manure influences all observed variables namely plant height, number of leaves, fresh plant weight, dry plant weight, fresh root weight and dry root weight. The best dose of chicken manure in the DMRT test was A3 treatment (90 g/plant) which significantly affected the weight of fresh plants by 127% compared to A1 control (30 g/plant). The interaction of rabbit urine LOF and organic chicken manure did not affect all observed variables. The highest treatment combination on fresh plant weight variables was A3K3 combination and increased yield of fresh plant weights up to 377% compared to A1K0 controls.
