Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis teks prosedur dan melihat perubahan perilaku belajar siswa dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe picture and picture. Penelitian ini terdiri dari prasiklus, siklus I, dan siklus II. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada dua, yaitu instrumen tes dan non tes. Instrumen tes, yaitu menulis teks prosedur sedangkan instrumen non tes berupa observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian berupa nilai rata-rata dari prasiklus, siklus I, dan siklus II. Nilai rata-rata pada prasiklus, yaitu 70,84 dengan ketuntasan belajar 37,5%, sikluas I meningkat menjadi 81,53 dengan ketuntasan belajar 81,25% dan siklus II meningkat lagi menjadi 90,78 dengan ketuntasan belajar 96,88%. Hasil tersebut menunjukan pembelajaran menulis teks prosedur dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe picture and picture dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis teks prosedur terbukti dari rata-rata nilai dan ketuntasan belajar siswa pada keterampilan menulis teks prosedur yang sudah memenuhi indikator keberhasilan penelitian. Perubahan perilaku belajar siswa dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe picture and picture terlihat dari perubahan perilaku positif pada setiap siklus. Perilaku belajar siswa pada prasiklus kurang antusias, kurang bersemangat, dan kurang aktif dalam pembelajaran. Namun, setelah dikenai tindakan siswa lebih aktif dan antusias, dan pada siklus II siswa aktif, komunikatif, serta berpartisipasi dalam pembelajaran.

This study aims to improve writing procedures text skills and see changes in student learning behavior with the type of picture and picture cooperative learning models. This research consists of prasiklus, cycle I, and cycle II. There are two instruments used in this study, namely test and non-test instruments. Test instruments, namely writing procedure texts while non-test instruments are observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation.
The results of the study are the average values of pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II. The average value in pre-cycle, which is 70.84 with 37.5% mastery learning, sikuas I increased to 81.53 with mastery learning 81.25% and cycle II increased again to 90.78 with learning completeness 96.88%. These results indicate learning to write procedure text with the cooperative learning model picture and picture type can improve the procedure of writing procedure text as evidenced by the average value and completeness of student learning in writing procedure text that has met the indicators of research success. Changes in student learning behavior with the type of picture and picture cooperative learning model seen from changes in positive behavior in each cycle. Student learning behavior in pre-cycle is less enthusiastic, less enthusiastic, and less active in learning. However, after being subjected to action students are more active and enthusiastic, and in cycle II students are active, communicative, and participate in learning.
