Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)

Judul penelitian ini adalah “Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Curahan Jam Kerja Mahasiswa Bekerja Paruh Waktu (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Strata 1 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) pengaruh uang saku mahasiswa, upah mahasiswa, jumlah SKS mahasiswa dan jenis kelamin mahasiswa terhadap curahan jam kerja mahasiswa Strata 1 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman yang bekerja paruh waktu, (2) Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap curahan jam kerja mahasiswa Strata 1 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman yang bekerja paruh waktu. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diambil dari 30 responden mahasiswa Strata 1 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman yang bekerja paruh waktu. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. 
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, variabel uang saku mahasiswa dan jenis kelamin mahasiswa tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap curahan jam kerja mahasiswa bekerja paruh waktu, variabel upah mahasiswa memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap curahan jam kerja mahasiswa bekerja paruh waktu, variabel jumlah SKS mahasiswa memiliki pengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap curahan jam kerja mahasiswa bekerja paruh waktu, variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap curahan jam kerja mahasiswa bekerja paruh waktu adalah variabel upah mahasiswa dan sebagian besar mahasiswa memiliki motif bekerja paruh waktu untuk mencari pengalaman. Selain untuk untuk mencari pengalaman kerja dalam mencurahankan jam kerja mahasiswa bekerja paruh waktu dipengaruhi oleh upah yang ditawarkan dari tempat bekerja, mahasiswa akan cenderung memilih untuk bekerja dan mencurahkan waktu lebih banyak untuk bekerja di tempat yang memberikan upah tinggi dibandingkan tempat bekerja yang menawarkan upah lebih rendah.

The title of this research is "Factors that Influence the Hours of Work of Students Working Part Time (Case Study Students Strata 1 of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University). This study aims to analyze: (1) the influence of student allowances, student wages, the number of student credit hours and the sex of students on the work hours of undergraduate students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University who work part time, (2) The most variable affect the flow of work of Strata 1 students in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University who work part time. The data used in this study are primary data taken from 30 undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University who work part time. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.
	Based on the results of the study, the variable student allowance and gender of the students did not have an influence on the flow of working hours of students working part time, the variable of student wages had a significant positive effect on the flow of hours of work of students working part time, the variable number of SKS of students had a significant negative effect on flow student work hours work part time, the variable that most influences the outpouring of student work hours working part time is the variable student wages and most students have the motive of working part time to look for experience. In addition to seeking work experience in maintaining student work hours part-time work is influenced by wages offered from the place of work, students will tend to choose to work and devote more time to work in places that provide high wages compared to places of work that offer lower wages .
