Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)

Latar belakang: Apoteker yang melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian dengan menggunakan atribut sesuai perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia dapat meningkatkan persepsi yang baik dari masyarakat terhadap apoteker serta peran apoteker lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat. Sementara itu, persepsi dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya, salah satunya adalah tingkat pendidikan masyarakat

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap kelengkapan atribut apoteker dan hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan dengan persepsi mengenai kelengkapan atribut apoteker

Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional, dilakukan pada bulan April – Juni 2020 dengan sampel masyarakat yang tinggal di Desa Pekunden Kec. Banyumas. Instrumen berupa kuesioner persepsi mengenai kelengkapan atribut apoteker. Sebanyak 101 responden menerima kuesioner  dengan pengambilan sampel secara accidental. Data persepsi dianalisis secara deskriptif sedangkan hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan dengan persepsi mengenai kelengkapan atribut apoteker diuji korelasi menggunakan Pearson

Hasil Penelitian: Persepsi masyarakat terhadap kelengkapan atribut pada foto 1 (Apoteker menggunakan jas apoteker, kemeja, name tag, celana bahan, dan sepatu) menunjukkan hasil sebesar (84,52%) dengan kategori baik, pada foto 2 (Apoteker menggunakan jas apoteker, kaos, name tag, celana jeans, dan sandal) (65,90%) dengan kategori cukup,  pada foto 3 (kemeja, celana bahan, dan sepatu) (64,48%) dengan kategori cukup, dan pada foto 4 (kaos, celana jeans, dan sandal) (42,38) dengan kategori kurang.Hasil analisis menunjukkan tingkat pendidikan (p=0,024 ; r=0,225) berhubungan signifikan dengan persepsi mengenai kelengkapan atribut apoteker.

Kesimpulan: Apoteker diharapkan untuk menggunakan atribut seperti jas putih, name tag, dan pakaian formal

Background: Pharmacists who carry out pharmaceutical services using proper attributes can increase the good perception of the community towards pharmacists and the role of pharmacists. Meanwhile, the perception can be influenced by other factors, one of which is the level of education

Objective: This study aims to know the public’s perception of pharmacist's attributes and the relation between educational levels and the perception of pharmacist attributes

Methods: This research was a cross sectional design, conducted in April - June 2020 with a sample of people living in the village of Pekunden Banyumas Region. An instrument consisting of a perception questionnaire regarding pharmacist's attributes was distributed to 101 respondents. Perception data were analyzed descriptively while the relationship between education level and perceptions regarding the completeness of the pharmacist attributes was tested for correlation using Pearson.

Result: Public perception of the of the attributes in photo 1 (The pharmacist wear white coat, formal wear, name tag, and shoes) shows the results of (84.52%) with a good category, in photo 2 (The pharmacist wear white coat, t-shirt, jeans, and slippers) (65.90%) with enough categories, in photo 3 (The pharmacist wear formal wear without white coat, and shoes) (64.48%) with enough categories, and in photos 4 (The pharmacist wear t-shirt without white coat, jeans, and slippers) (42.38) with less categories. The results of the analysis showed the level of education (p = 0.024; r = 0.225) significantly related to perceptions regarding the completeness of the pharmacist's attributes.

Conclusion: Pharmacists are expected to use attributes such as white coats, name tag, and formal wear
