Suatu kebijakan pemerintah berupa Penetapan Kawasan Bentang Alam Karst (KBAK) Gombong yang dikeluarkan tidak sesuai dengan asas umum pemerintahan yang baik akan berakibat hukum yang merugikan khalayak umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Penerapan Asas Asas Umum Pemerintahan yang Baik dalam Kebijakan Penetapan Kawasan Bentang Alam Karst Gombong di Kebumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Yuridis Normatif  dengan metode pendekatan perundang-undangan (Statue Approach), pendekatan analitis (Analytical Approach), pendekatan konseptual (Conceptual Approach). Sementara itu, bahan hukum yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahan hukum sekunder dengan pengumpulan bahan hukum melalui studi kepustakaan yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan metode analisis kualitatif. Adapaun penyajian bahan hukum ini adalah Teks naratif deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Asas Asas Umum Pemerintahan yang Baik dalam Penetapan Kawasan Bentang Alam Karst Gombong di Kebumen mempengaruhi ekosistem dan kebutuhan air di kawasan karst serta mengancam kesejahteraan masyarakat akibat perubahan KBAK yang semula 48,94 Ha menjadi 40,89 Ha, berkurang 8,05 Ha. Nantiya luasan itu yang akan dijadikan pertambangan batu gamping untuk memenuhi bahan baku PT Semen Gombong. Ajuan yang penetapan itu dilakukan lewat surat Bupati Nomor 545/503 R sebagai permohonan penetapan KBAK sebagai faktor penyebabnya. Penerapan Asas Penyelanggaraan Kepentingan Umum, asas kepastian hukum dan Asas Keadilan dalam penetapan Kawasan Bentang Alam Kars (KBAK) Gombong tidak sesuai dengan AUPB denga tidak melihat kepentingan masyarakat secara luas dan tidak melibatkan dan menghilangkan keterlibatan organisasi/profesi dalam keikutsertaan penetapan kawasan bentang alam kars menurut peraturan yang ada

A government policy in the form of Determination of Karst Landscape Area (KBAK) Gombong issued not in accordance with the general principles of good governance will have legal consequences that are detrimental to the general publicThis study aims to determine the Implementation of General Principles of Good Governance in the Establishment Policy of the Gombong Karst Landscape Area in Kebumen. The research method used in this study is the Normative Juridical method with the statutory approach method (Statue Approach), analytical approach (Analytical Approach), conceptual approach (Conceptual Approach). Meanwhile, the legal materials used in this study are secondary legal materials by gathering legal materials through literature studies which are then analyzed by qualitative analysis methods. The presentation of this legal material is descriptive narrative text. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Implementation of General Principles of Good Governance in the Establishment of the Gombong Karst Landscape Area in Kebumen affects the ecosystems and water needs in the karst area and threatens the welfare of the community due to the change in the KBAK which was originally from 48.94 Ha to 40.89 Ha, reduced by 8.05 Ha. Later the area will be used as limestone mining to meet the raw materials of PT Semen Gombong. The proposal for the stipulation was made through the Regent's letter Number 545/503 R as a request for the establishment of KBAK as the cause. The application of the Public Administration Principles, The Principles of legal certainly and the Principles of Justice in the establishment of the Gombong Karst Landscape Area (KBAK) is maladjusted with the AUPB by not looking at the interests of the public at large and does not involve and eliminate the involvement of organizations / professions in the participation in the establishment of the karst landscape in accordance with existing regulations.
