Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem pengendalian internal, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah desa di Kabupaten Wonosobo. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 78 desa yang tersebar di Kabupaten Wonosobo dan ditentukan dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Teknik angket digunakan untuk pengumpulan data. Responden penelitian ini adalah sekretaris desa/kepala urusan keuangan/ kepala desa yang menjadi perwakilan desa. Analisis regresi liniear berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel-variabel yang diteliti dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistics 23. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) sistem pengendalian internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah desa, (2) pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah desa, (3) kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah desa, dan (4) sistem pengendalian internal merupakan yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah desa

This study aims to analyze the effect of internal control systems, the use of information technology, and human resource competencies on the quality of village government financial reports in Wonosobo Regency. The research sample consisted of 78 villages spread in Wonosobo District and determined by proportional random sampling technique. The questionnaire technique is used for data collection. The respondents of this study were the village secretary / head of financial affairs / village head who was the village representative. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to analyze the effect of the variables studied with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The results of this study indicate that (1) the internal control system has a positive and significant effect on the quality of village government financial reports, (2) the use of information technology has an effect positive and significant impact on the quality of village government financial reports, (3) human resource competence has a positive and significant effect on the quality of village government financial reports, and (4) the internal control system is the most dominant influence on the quality of village government financial reports
