KEPEMIMPINAN POLITIK KEPALA DESA DALAM PENGEMBANGAN DESA DERMAJI KECAMATAN LUMBIR KABUPATEN BANYUMAS

Artikel hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pola kepemimpinan Bayu Setyo Nugroho sebagai kepala desa Dermaji dan memahami faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dalam kepemimpinan Bayu Setyo Nugroho sebagai kepala desa Dermaji. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : Pertama, kepemimpinan Bayu Setyo Nugroho menunjukan tipe kepemimpinan kharismatik, sehingga masyarakat menilai bahwa Bayu Setyo Nugroho sebagai Kepala Desa yang tidak dapat tergantikan. Hal itu terbentuk karena kinerja Bayu Setyo Nugroho sebagai kepala desa mempunyai kualitas personal yang sangat baik dan profesional karena prestasinya. Selain itu, Bayu Setyo Nugroho memiliki tipekepemimpinan yang demokratis, program-program kerjanya yang menyentuh langsung ke masyarakat Desa Dermaji dan memiliki sifat responsive leader yang mau mendengar atau menanggapi masukan-masukan dari tataran anak buahnya (orang lain). Kedua, faktor yang mendorong kepemimpinan Bayu Setyo Nugroho, antara lain: Kualitas personal dan manageraial pemerintahan yang sangat profesional. Sedangkan keterbatasan sumberdaya manusia menjadi penghambat kepemimpinan Bayu Setyo Nugroho dalam pembangunan desa Dermaji, seperti kesadaran masyarakat yang masih kurang, sehingga belum mampu menerjemahkan program secara langsung.

This study aims to understand the leadership pattern of Bayu Setyo Nugroho as the village head of Dermaji and to understand the supporting and inhibiting factors in the leadership of Bayu Setyo Nugroho as the village head of Dermaji. This study uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach. The results of this study are as follows: First, the leadership of Bayu Setyo Nugroho shows the charismatic leadership type, so that the community considers that Bayu Setyo Nugroho as the irreplaceable Village Head. This was formed because Bayu Setyo Nugroho's performance as a village head had very good and professional personal qualities because of his achievements. In addition, Bayu Setyo Nugroho has democratic leadership types, his work programs touch directly to the people of Dermaji Village and have a responsive nature of leaders who are willing to hear or respond to input from the level of his subordinates (others). Second, the factors driving Bayu Setyo Nugroho's leadership include: Personal quality and highly professional governance. Whereas limited human resources hampered the leadership of Bayu Setyo Nugroho in the development of the village of Dermaji, such as the lack of public awareness, so they could not translate the program directly.
