Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)

Indonesia merupakan Negara yang sedang melakukan pembangunan nasional. Pembangunan tersebut harus didukung oleh tenag kerja yang memiliki keterampilan dan mendapatkan jaminan perlindungan hukum. Salah satu bentuk perlindungan hukum bagi tenaga kerja adalah mengenai keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3). Berdasarkan uraian tersebut penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian yang berjudul “Perlindungan hukum terhadap keselamatan dan kerja (K3) petugas pelayanan teknik di PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Purwokerto”.

Metode Pendekatan yang dipakai adalah metode pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan menitikberatkan hukum. Spesifikasi penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa undang-undang serta buku-buku literatur yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan penelitian dan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan narasumber di PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Purwokerto.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum terhadap keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) di PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Purwokerto telah dilaksanakan dengan baik yang ditunjukkan dengan penyediaan alat pelindung diri, petugas pelayanan teknik sudah terdaftar di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan BPJS Kesehatan, pemasangan rambu-rambu K3, penunjukkan ahli K3 Umum, pembentukan P2K3, dan pelaksanaan SMK3. Guna mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi, PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Purwokerto melakukan pengasawan terhadap petugas pelayanan teknik yang sedang melaksanakan pekerjaan.

Indonesia is a country which is conducting national development. It must be supported by the skilled workforces who have guaranteed law protection. One of the law protections is occupational safety and health (K3). Based on description, the author is interested  to research which entitled “The Law Protection of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) for Technical Service Officers at PT. PLN (PERSERO) UP3 Purwokerto”.

The approach method was a normative juridical approach with legal emphasis. The specification of this study was analytical descriptive. The data used was secondary data which came from laws and literature books, they relate to research issues and primary data which were obtained from interviews with the sources at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Purwokerto.

Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the implementation of law protection for occupational safety and health (K3) at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Purwokerto has been implemented well as indicated by the provision of personal protective equipment, technical service personnel have been registered at the BPJS for Employment and Healthcare BPJS, installing safety signs, the appointment of General K3 experts, the formation of safety comitte, and the implementation of SMK3. In order to overcome the obstacles faced, PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Purwokerto carries out the supervision for technical service officers who are in the order.
