ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini berjudul “Tindak Tutur Ilokusi dan Perlokusi dalam Debat Capres dan Cawapres 13 April 2019”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis-jenis tindak tutur ilokusi dan perlokusi serta fungsi tindak tutur ilokusi dalam Capres dan Cawaprestersebut. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif, dengan data berupa transkripsi tuturan ke bentuk kalimat dari tuturan yang mengandung jenis tindak tutur ilokusi dan perlokusi serta fungsi tindak tutur ilokusi pada tuturan dalam Debat Capres dan Cawapres 13 April 2019. Pada metode pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan metode simak dengan teknik dasar berupa teknik sadap dan teknik lanjutan berupa teknik simak bebas libat cakap dan teknik catat. Metode analisis data yaitu metode padan dengan teknik dasar berupa teknik pilah unsur penentu dan teknik lanjutan berupa teknik hubung banding memperbedakan dan teknik hubung banding menyamakan. Berdasarkan penelitian, ditemukan 20 data. Pada jenis tindak tutur ditemukan sebanyak 13 data 3 jenis representatif, 4 jenis direktif serta masing-masing 2 jenis pada komisif, ekspresif, dan deklaratif dengan jenis paling banyak pada jenis direktif sebanyak 4 jenis. Pada fungsi tindak tutur ilokusi hanya ditemukan sebanyak 5 fungsi, terdapat pada fungsi kompetitif sebanyak 2 fungsi dan fungsi menyenangkan sebanyak 3 fungsi. Pada debat Capres dan Cawapres tersebut terdapat seluruh jenis tindak tutur ilokusi sedangkan pada fungsinya hanya terdapat 2 fungsi. Penelitian ini hanya ditemukan 2 fungsi yaitu kompetitif dan menyenangkan karena objek pada penelitian adalah debat Capres dan Cawapres yang substansinya adalah untuk berkompetisi saling beradu argumen dan untuk kampanye menawarkan program-program yang akan dijalankan ketika terpilih sebagai Presiden dan Wakil Presiden nanti.

ABSTRACT
This study is entitled "Illocutionary and Perlocutionary Speech Acts in Presidential and Vice Presidential Debates on April 13, 2019". This study aims to describe the types of speech acts of illocution and perlocution as well as the functions of speech acts of illocution in the presidential and vice presidential candidates. The form of research used is descriptive qualitative, with data in the form of transcription of speech to the sentence form of speech which contains the type of speech acts of illocutionary and perlocution as well as the function of speech acts of illocution in speech in the Presidential and Vice Presidential Debate on April 13, 2019. In the data collection method, the researcher uses the method refer to the basic techniques in the form of tapping techniques and advanced techniques in the form of competent-free-listening and note-taking techniques. Data analysis method is a method of matching with the basic technique in the form of a decisive element sorting technique and an advanced technique in the form of a differential relationship technique to distinguish and an equalizing technique. Based on research, 20 data were found. In speech act types, 13 data were found. It contain 3 types are representative, 4 types are directives, and 2 types are commissive, expressive, and declarative each other. With the most types are 4 types of directives. In the Leech Illocutionary speech act function, only 5 functions were found, there were 2 competitive functions and 3 pleasant functions. In the presidential and vice presidential debates there are all kinds of speech acts of illocutionary acts while in the functions there are only 2 functions. This research only found 2 functions, namely competitive and fun because the object of the study was the debate of the Presidential and Vice President whose substance was to compete with each other in arguments and for campaigns to offer programs that would be carried out when elected as President and Vice President later.
