Kecamatan Purwokerto Selatan merupakan Kecamatan dengan jumlah penerima Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) terbanyak di wilayah perkotaan di Kabupaten Banyumas. Salah satu aspek di program ini adalah bidang kesehatan dalam hal ini masih terdapat sejumlah kendala pada kesehatan ibu hamil, balita dan lansia. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas PKH dalam meningkatkan kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan sasaran penelitian Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) PKH. Dari populasi penelitian sejumlah 1104 peserta PKH, diambil sample penelitian sebesar 88 orang. Dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuesioner, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa indeks efektivitas PKH Kecamatan Purwokerto Selatan adalah 63,92 persen yang berarti cukup efektif. Mayoritas responden sebesar 48,9 persen responden menyatakan efektif, namun masih terdapat juga 47,7 persen yang menyatakan tidak efektif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat efektivitas Program Keluarga Harapan di Kecamatan Purwokerto Selatan masih belum maksimal. Perlu adanya integrasi data puskesmas dalam kegiatan verifikasi komitmen serta pelatihan pendamping terhadap masalah-masalah kesehatan masyarakat. Selain itu, pengadaan tenaga kerja pendamping dan fasilitas kesehatan juga perlu di tambah.

South Purwokerto Subdistrict is the most Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) recipient for urban areas in Banyumas Regency. One aspect of this program is the health sector, in this case there are still a number of obstacles to the health of pregnant women, children under five and the elderly. Therefore, this study aims to find out how the effectiveness of the Family Hope Program in improving health. The method in this study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with the aim of CCT recipient research. From the research population of 1104 CCT participants, 88 samples were drawn. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observations, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study note that the effectiveness index of CCT South Purwokerto District is 63.92 percent (quite effective). The majority of respondents amounting to 48.9 percent of respondents stated Effective. But there are still 47.7 percent who say it is not effective. The conclusion of this study is the level of effectiveness of the CCT Programe Program in South Purwokerto Sub-district has not been maximized. There is a need for integration of puskesmas data in commitment verification activities and accompanying training on public health problems. In addition, the provision of co-workers and health facilities also needs to be added.
