Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh ekstrak bonggol pisang yang baik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada; 2) pengaruh bahan organik kotoran ayam yang baik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada; dan 3) kombinasi antara ekstrak bonggol pisang dengan bahan organik kotoran ayam yang baik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada. Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai Juli sampai September 2019 di Screen house Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Rancangan percobaan penelitian ini merupakan percobaan pot dengan rancangan perlakuan 3x3. Faktor pertama yaitu ekstrak bonggol pisang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu: 0, 40 dan 80 ml/tanaman. Faktor kedua yaitu bahan organik kotoran ayam terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu: 0, 15 dan 30 ton/ha yang dialokasikan dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan ANOVA. Apabila perlakuan yang diberikan menunjukkan adanya keragaman yang diuji, maka dilakukan uji lanjut dengan DMRT pada taraf 5%. Variabel pengamatan terdiri dari dua kelompok yaitu variabel pertumbuhan dan variabel hasil. Variabel pertumbuhan yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, panjang akar, klorofil daun, bobot akar segar dan bobot akar kering. Variabel hasil yaitu bobot segar tanaman, bobot kering tanaman dan indeks sampah. Hasil menunjukkan perlakuan bahan organik kotoran ayam sampai dengan 30 ton/ha apabila dibandingkan dengan kontrol belum mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada. Perlakuan ekstrak bonggol pisang apabila dibandingkan dengan kontrol berpengaruh menghambat pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada pada variabel pertumbuhan yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun dan bobot segar tanaman. Hasil menunjukkan belum didapatkan kombinasi yang baik antara bahan organik kotoran ayam dan ekstrak bonggol pisang untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada di tanah Inceptisol.

This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of banana stump extract which is good for the growth and yield of lettuce plants; 2) the effect of organic chicken manure which is good for the growth and yield of lettuce plants; and 3) a combination of banana stump extract and organic chicken manure which is good for growth and yield of lettuce. The study was conducted from July to September 2019 at the Screen house of the Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University. The design of this research experiment is a pot experiment with a 3x3 treatment design. The first factor is banana weevil extract consisting of 3 levels, namely: 0, 40 and 80 ml/plant. The second factor is the organic matter of chicken manure consisting of 3 levels, namely: 0, 15 and 30 tons/ha which are allocated by Randomized Complete Block Design. Data obtained from the results of the study were analyzed using ANOVA. If the treatment given shows the diversity tested, a further test with DMRT is carried out at a level of 5%. Observation variables consisted of two groups, namely growth variables and outcome variables. Growth variables are plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, root length, leaf chlorophyll, fresh root weight and dry root weight. Yield variables are plant fresh weight, plant dry weight and waste index. The results showed that organic matter treatment of chicken manure up to 30 tons/ha when compared to the control had not been able to increase the growth and yield of lettuce plants. The treatment of banana weevil extract when compared with the control effect inhibits the growth and yield of lettuce on the growth variables namely plant height, number of leaves, leaf area and fresh weight of the plant. The results showed that there was no good combination between organic matter of chicken manure and banana weevil extract to increase growth and yield of lettuce in Inceptisol soil.
