Konveksi Jegur merupakan perusahaan konveksi yang bergerak di bidang produksi dan penjualan pakaian. Kegiatan operasional perusahaan berdasarkan atas pesanan yang diterima dari konsumen (Job Order). Yang berlokasi di Jl. Pahlawan, Tanjung, Kec. Purwokerto Selatan, Kab. Banyumas, Jawa Tengah 53144. Selama ini Konveksi Jegur belum memiliki metode yang tepat dalam pengadaan bahan baku kain dalam pembelian dan penggunaan bahan baku pada periode sebelumnya, sehingga terkadang terjadi kekurangan bahan baku maupun over stock bahan baku pada perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) menganalisis pengendalian persediaan bahan baku menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity, 2) mengetahui berapa safety stock dan reorder point pada perhitungan metode EOQ, 3) mengetahui efisiensi biaya pengadaan bahan baku pada perhitungan metode EOQ dengan biaya pengadaan bahan baku yang senyatanya.Untuk bisa memutuskan biaya yang paling efisien dalam manajemen operasional digunakan metode EOQ (Economic Order Quantity). Selain menentukan jumlah pesanan dengan metode EOQ, perusahaan juga perlu untuk menentukan waktu pemesanan kembali terhadap bahan baku atau yang disebut Reorder Point (ROP) agar pembelian bahan baku yang sudah di tetapkan dalam metode EOQ tidak mengganggu kegiatan produksi. Reorder Point (ROP) adalah strategi operasi persediaan merupakan titik pemesanan yang harus dilakukan suatu perusahaan sehubungan dengan adanya Lead Time dan Safety Stock (Rangkuti 2004:83). Dengan menerapkan metode EOQ, total biaya bahan baku kain yang dihasilkan lebih efisien dibandingkan dengan kebijakan perusahaan. Efisiensi biaya yang diperoleh setelah menggunakan metode EOQ dalam pengadaan bahan baku kain sebesar Rp Rp31.871.940 dan perkiraan pada tahun 2019 sebesar Rp32.208.703. Dengan demikian, perusahaan sebaiknya menerapkan metode EOQ dalam pengadaan bahan baku kain. Maka sebaiknya perusahaan menerapkan metode EOQ dalam pengadaan bahan baku kain.

Convection Jegur is a convection company engaged in the production and sale of clothing. The company's operational activities are based on orders received from consumers (Job Orders). Which is located on Jl. Pahlawan, Tanjung, Kec. Purwokerto Selatan, Kab. Banyumas, Central Java 53144. So far the Jegur Convection has not had the right method in procuring fabric raw materials in the purchase and use of raw materials in the previous period, so that sometimes there is a shortage of raw materials and over-stock of raw materials at companies. The purpose of this study is to 1) analyze raw material inventory control using the Economic Order Quantity method, 2) find out how much safety stock and reorder points in the EOQ method calculation, 3) find out the cost efficiency of raw material procurement in the calculation of the EOQ method with the cost of procuring raw materials the real thing. To be able to decide on the most efficient costs in operational management the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method is used. In addition to determining the number of orders by the EOQ method, the company also needs to determine the time of reorder of raw materials or so-called Reorder Points (ROP) so that the purchase of raw materials that have been specified in the EOQ method does not interfere with production activities. Reorder Point (ROP) is an inventory operation strategy is an order point that must be done by a company in connection with the Lead Time and Safety Stock (Rangkuti 2004: 83). By applying the EOQ method, the total cost of fabric raw materials produced is more efficient compared to company policy. The cost efficiency obtained after using the EOQ method in the procurement of fabric raw materials is Rp. 31,871,940 and the estimation in 2019 is Rp. 32,208,703.
