Permasalahan utama adalah Desa Susukan merupakan desa yang pertama dan telah berhasil menyusun Perdes tentang pendirian BUMDes di Kecamatan Sumbang bahkan merupakan salah satu BUMDes dari empat BUMDes yang terkategori berkembang di Kabupaten Banyumas atau satu-satunya BUMDes yang berkembang di Kecamatan Sumbang.	 Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara Responsivitas dan Akuntabilitas Aparatur Pemerintah Desa terhadap Keberhasilan Implementasi Program BUMDes Desa Susukan Kecamatan Sumbang Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode survey, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan menggunakan perhitungan statistik Korelasi Kendall Tau-c, Korelasi Konkordasi Kendall W dan Regresi Ordinal, dengan sasaran penelitian masyarakat di lingkungan Desa Susukan Kabupaten Banyumas sebanyak 98 orang.	Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Responsivitas terhadap Keberhasilan Implementasi sebesar 0,395 atau 39,5 persen dan 60,5 persen dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Akuntabilitas terhadap Keberhasilan Implementasi sebesar 0,298 atau 29,8 persen dan 70,2 persen dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Responsivitas dan Akuntabilitas terhadap Keberhasilan Implementasi sebesar 0,558 atau 55,8 persen dan 44,2 persen dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Oleh karena itu keseluruhan hipotesis penelitian dapat diterima.

The main problem is that Susukan Village is the first village and has succeeded in compiling a Perdes (village rules) about establishment of BUMDes in Sumbang District, even become one of the four BUMDes that are categorized as developing in Banyumas Regency or the only one of BUMDes that develop in Sumbang District. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence between Responsiveness and Accountability of the Village Government Apparatus to the Successful Implementation of the BUMDes Program in Susukan Village, Sumbang District, Banyumas Regency. This research used associative quantitative research methods using a survey method approach, with data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used the statistical calculation of Kendall Tau-c Correlation, Kendall W Concordance Correlation and Ordinal Regression, with the target of the research is the community in the Susukan Village environment of Banyumas Regency as many as 98 people.Based on quantitative analysis results in this study it can be concluded as follows: (1) There is a positive and significant effect between Responsiveness to Successful Implementation of 0.395 or 39.5 percent and 60.5 percent is influenced by other variables not examined (2) There is a positive and significant effect between Accountability on the Success of Implementation of 0.298 or 29.8 percent and 70.2 percent influenced by other variables not examined (3) There is a positive and significant effect between Responsiveness and Accountability on the Success of Implementation of 0.558 or 55.8 percent and 44.2 percent are influenced by other variables not examined. Therefore the entire research hypothesis can be accepted.
