Kegiatan sortasi karet di PTPN IX Krumput dilakukan secara manual oleh pekerja dengan posisi duduk. Kursi yang tidak sesuai dengan antropometri tubuh dapat menyebabkan keluhan musculoskeletal disorder (MSDs) akibat postur duduk yang tidak sesuai. Perancangan ulang kursi dapat menurunkan keluhan pekerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kursi kerja yang ada melalui rancangan ulang kursi agar sesuai dengan antropometri pekerja dan menganalisis postur kerja menggunakan metode Nordic Body Map (NBM), Quick Exposure Check (QEC) dan Rapid Upper Limb Disorder (RULA) untuk mengetahui postur kerja sebelum dan sesudah perancangan ulang kursi. Berdasarkan hasil perancangan ulang kursi terdapat perubahan ukuran kursi kerja dengan ukuran tinggi kursi 14.6 cm menjadi 30 cm, panjang 22 cm menjadi 35 cm, lebar 27.5 cm menjadi 26 cm, sebelumnya tidak terdapat sandaran menjadi terdapat sandaran dengan tinggi 47 cm dan lebar sandaran 26 cm. Analisis postur kerja didapat nilai keluhan NBM terbanyak pada bagian bahu kiri, bahu kanan dan pantat, skor QEC tertinggi pada bagian punggung 40, bagian bahu/ lengan 52, bagian leher skor tertinggi 18, bagian berkendara 1, bagian getaran 1, bagian kecepatan kerja 4, bagian stres 9, dan RULA mendapatkan skor duduk menjangkau ke depan 7, duduk tegak 5 dan duduk menjangkau ke samping 6.

The rubber sorting activities at PTPN IX Krumput are carried out manually by workers in a seated position. Chairs that are incompatible with body anthropometry can cause musculoskeletal disorder (MSDs) complaints due to improper sitting postures. Chair redesign can reduce worker complaints. This research was conducted to evaluate the existing work chairs through the redesign of the chair to fit the anthropometry of workers and analyze the work posture using the Nordic Body Map (NBM), Quick Exposure Check (QEC) and Rapid Upper Limb Disorder (RULA) methods to determine the work posture before and after the chair redesign. Based on the results of the redesign of the chair there is a change in the size of the work chair with a chair height of 14.6 cm to 30 cm, length 22 cm to 35 cm, width 27.5 cm to 26 cm, previously there was no backrest to become a backrest with a height of 47 cm and a backrest width of 26 cm . Work posture analysis showed that the highest NBM complaints were on the left shoulder, right shoulder and buttocks, the highest QEC score on the back 40, the shoulder / arm 52, the highest neck score 18, the driving 1, the vibration 1, the working speed 4 , stress section 9, and RULA get a sitting score reaching forward 7, sitting up straight 5 and sitting reaching sideways 6.
