Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel modal, upah, dan produksi terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja dan variabel mana yang paling berpengaruh industri mebel di Kota Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah industri mebel di Kota Tasikmalaya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 70 responden. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan modal, upah, produksi berpengaruh terhadap peneyerapan tenaga kerja industri mebel dan upah merupakan variabel paling berpengaruh terhadap peneyerapan tenaga kerja industri mebel di Kota Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu pemerintah harus membantu dalam penjualan hasil produksi contohnya membuat wadah atau organisasi untuk membantu keluhan atau kekurangan yang dihadapi para pemilik usaha industri mebel. This study aims to determine the effect of variable capital, wages, and production on employment and which variables most influence the furniture industry in Tasikmalaya City, West Java. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is the furniture industry in the City of Tasikmalaya. The sample in this study amounted to 70 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously capital, wages, production affect the absorption of the furniture industry workforce and wages are the most influential variables on the absorption of the furniture industry workforce in Tasikmalaya City, West Java. The implication of this research is that the government must assist in the sale of production for example by making a container or organization to help complaints or shortcomings faced by furniture industry business owners.
