Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Konflik Transportasi Ojek Konvensional dengan Transportasi Ojek Online di Kabupaten Banyumas Tahun 2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan mendeskripsikan konflik antara Transportasi Ojek Konvensional dengan Transportasi Ojek Online di Kabupaten Banyumas. Menyebutkan dan menjelaskan aktor-aktor yang terlibat dan faktor-faktor yang mendorong terjadinya konflik antara Konflik Transportasi Ojek Konvensional dengan Transportasi Ojek Online di Kabupaten Banyumas.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kabupaten Banyumas tepatnya distasiun dan terminal. Data diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Untuk menjamin validitas data, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi data. 
Dalam hal ini, bahwa proses konflik Transportasi Ojek Konvensional dengan Transportasi Ojek Online diawali masuknya PT gojek online ke purwokerto yang bisa di bilang tanpa izin dari pemerintah langsung menyebarkan pengemudinya untuk beroperasi di purwokerto dengan harga yang cukup dibilang merusak harga pasaran transportasi yang dulunya sudah ada dan juga ketidaktahuan pengemudi-pengemudi yang baru mendaftar menjadi pengemudi ojek online yang mengambil penumpang di wilayah ojek konvensional. Kemudian peristiwa tersebut memicu ojek konvensional protes terhadap pemerintah, mereka bersatu membentuk wadah yang diberi nama FORTAS pada tahun 2017 dan tujuan terbentuknya fortas ini untuk sebuah gerakan atau unek-unek dari masyarakat menanggapi ketika masuknya transportasi online di kabupaten Banyumas. Setelah itu demo besar-besaran baik itu taxi, dan ojek pangkalan. Terdapat tiga aktor yang terlibat dalam konflik ini. Aktor-aktor tersebut adalah pemerintah kabupaten Banyumas, paguyuban transportasi ojek konvensional, dan paguyuban transportasi ojek online. Berdasarkan analisa konflik ini, peneliti menganalisis terdapat faktor yang mendorong terjadinya perselisihan diantara pihak paguyuban transportasi ojek konvensional dengan transportasi ojek online. Yakni dari PT gojek Indonesia itu belum punya surat izin mendirikan kantor cabang di purwokerto dan membuka kantor pelayanan administrasi tanpa memiliki surat-surat dari kantor cabang yang resmi lewat dinas penanaman modal radar banyumas dan yang kedua gedung yang mereka sewa itu gedung yang berdiri tanpa IMB. Kemudian potensi konflik itu terjadi karena kesepakatan zona merah yaitu melarang mengambil penumpang dari zona merah tersebut, tetapi masih banyak yang melanggar kesepakatan tersebut, dan juga dilihat dari segi perekonomian pendapatan ojek konvensional yang semakin menurun semenjak masuknya ojek online di kabupaten Banyumas.

This study discusses Conventional Ojek Transportation Conflict with Online Ojek Transportation in Banyumas Regency 2017. This study aims to understand and describe the conflict between Conventional Ojek Transportation and Online Ojek Transportation in Banyumas Regency. Mention and explain the actors involved and the factors that encourage conflict between Conventional Ojek Transportation and Online Ojek Transportation in Banyumas Regency.
The research method used is a qualitative method using a case study approach. The location of the study was carried out in Banyumas Regency precisely at the station and terminal. Data obtained from the results of observations, interviews, and documentation. To guarantee the validity of the data, this study uses triangulation data techniques.
In this case, that the Conflict Ojek Transportation Conflict with Online Ojek Transportation process begins with the entry of PT Gojek online to Purwokerto, which can be said without permission from the government directly spreading its drivers to operate in Purwokerto at a price that is fairly damaging to the transportation market price that used to be there and also ignorance of drivers who have just registered to become online motorcycle taxi drivers who take passengers in conventional motorcycle taxi areas. Then the event triggered a conventional motorcycle taxi protest against the government, they banded together to form a forum named FORTAS in 2017 and the purpose of the formation of this fortas for a movement or gossip from the public to respond when the inclusion of online transportation in the district of Banyumas. After that a large-scale demo of both taxis and motorcycle taxis. There are three actors involved in this conflict. The actors are the Banyumas district government, the conventional motorcycle taxi transportation community, and the online motorcycle taxi transportation community. Based on this conflict analysis, the researcher analyzes that there are factors that encourage disputes between the conventional motorcycle taxi transportation community and online motorcycle taxi transportation. Ie, from PT Gojek Indonesia, does not yet have a permit to establish a branch office in Purwokerto and opens an administrative service office without having documents from the official branch office through the Banyumas Radar Investment Office and the second building they rent is a building that stands without a building permit. Then the potential conflict occurred because of the red zone agreement which prohibits taking passengers from the red zone, but there are still many that violate the agreement, and also viewed in terms of conventional motorcycle taxi income which has declined since the entry of online motorcycle taxis in Banyumas district.
