ABSTRAK
Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) merupakan program yang bertujuan agar terpenuhinya kebutuhan di bidang pendidikan, kesehatan dan kesejahteraan sosial. Kecamatan Cilongok merupakan kecamatan yang memiliki jumlah anggota PKH paling banyak di Kabupaten Banyumas, terutama pada komponen pendidikan. Namun, angka putus sekolah di Desa Jatisaba Kecamatan Cilongok jumlahnya masih banyak terutama di tingkat sekolah menengah atas.
       Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Jatisaba Kecamatan Cilongok dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Informan pada penelitian ini ditentukan melalui teknik Purposive Sampling dan Snowball Sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam, pengamatan langsung dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini melihat efektivitas melalui aspek pencapaian tujuan, aspek integrasi dan aspek adaptasi.
       Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa PKH pada komponen pendidikan di Desa Jatisaba sudah efektif. Dilihat dari dana PKH komponen pendidikan yang mampu membantu KPM memenuhi kebutuhan di bidang pendidikan. Kedua, sosialisasi tentang PKH dan pola komunikasi kepada KPM sudah baik dan inovatif. Ketiga, kualitas pendamping sudah baik KPM merasa nyaman dengan pendamping. Namun, masih ada beberapa hal yang perlu di perbaiki yaitu pada Program Family Development Session perlu melibatkan anak KPM komponen pendidikan. Karena masih ada 8% anak putus sekolah di Desa Jatsaba yang merupakan KPM komponen pendidikan. Selain itu, untuk sasaran PKH masih ada masyarakat yang tidak mampu di Desa Jatisaba yang belum menjadi anggota PKH. Kedua, pola komunikasi dan sosialisasi dengan perangkat desa masih harus dioptimalkan karena kurangnya informasi dan komunikasi masih terjadi komunikasi satu arah. Ketiga, program Family Development Session masih kurang materi dan media selain itu beberapa pendamping masih kewalahan dalam menjalankan tugas sehingga perlu jadwal yang lebih terstruktur terkait dengan validasi dan pemutahiran data.

ABSTRACT
The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a program that aims to ensure the needs in education, health and social welfare. Cilongok sub-district is the sub-district that has the most PKH members in Banyumas Regency, especially in the education component. However, the number of dropouts in Jatisaba Village in Cilongok sub- district is still high, especially in senior high school level.
       This research was conducted in Jatisaba Village, Cilongok sub–district by using descriptive qualitative methods. The informants in this research were determined through the Purposive Sampling and Snowball Sampling techniques. The data collecting used in-depth interviews, direct observation and documentation. This research looks the effectiveness through aspects of achieving goals, aspects of integration and aspects of adaptation. 
       The results of this research showed that PKH in education component in Jatisaba village has been effective. It could be seen from the education component PKH’s fund that could  help KPM fulfill the needs in the field of education. Second, socialization about PKH and communication patterns to KPM has been good and innovative. Third, the quality of the mentor is good KPM is comfortable with the facilitator. However, there are still some things that need to be improved, the Family Session Development Program needs to involve KPM children in the education component. Because, there are still 8% of children dropping out of school in Jatsaba Village, which is the KPM of the education component. In addition, for the PKH target there are still poor people in Jatisaba Village who are not yet members of the PKH. Second, the pattern of communication and socialization with village officials should be improved because information and communication still involve one-way communication. Third, the Family Development Session program is still lacking in material and media, besides that some assistants are still overwhelmed in carrying out their tasks so they need a more structured schedule related to data validation and updating.
