Evaluasi Kandungan C-organik Tanah di Lahan Sawah Kecamatan Kalibagor, Banyumas

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui agihan dan kandungan C-Organik tanah, 2) mengetahui perubahan C-Organik tanah di lahan sawah pada masa vegetatif tanaman dan pasca panen serta 3) menentukan rekomendasi pemberian pupuk organik yang tepat. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan sawah Kecamatan Kalibagor, Kabupaten Banyumas pada bulan Maret 2019 sampai bulan Juli 2019. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei sebanyak dua kali yaitu pada masa vegetatif tanaman padi dan pasca panen. Penentuan titik sampel berdasarkan Peta Satuan Lahan Homogen (SLH) yang dibuat melalui overlay Peta Penggunaan Lahan, Peta Jenis Tanah, dan Peta Kelas Kelerengan dengan masing-masing peta berskala 1:50.000. Penentuan titik sampel mengikuti metode grid yang dimodifikasi. Variabel yang diamati meliputi pH H2O, pH KCl, Daya Hantar Listrik (DHL), potensial redoks tanah, C-Organik tanah dan hasil tanaman padi. Hasil penelitian pada enam desa di Kecamatan Kalibagor menunjukkan bahwa kandungan C-Organik tanah survei pertama dan kedua dominan berharkat rendah (1-2%) masing-masing sebesar 66,67% dan 100%. Korelasi terbaik antara C-Organik tanah dan hasil tanaman padi terdapat pada survei pertama. Rekomendasi pemupukan dilakukan pada enam desa dengan merekomendasikan empat jenis pupuk yaitu pupuk kandang (pukan) kambing di Kecamatan Kalibagor dengan rerata sebesar 7,50 ton/ha, pupuk kandang (pukan) sapi dengan rerata sebesar 5,12 ton/ha, pupuk kandang (pukan) ayam dengan rerata sebesar 4,75 ton/ha, dan pupuk kompos jerami dengan rerata sebesar 4,32 ton/ha. Rerata kebutuhan pupuk organik di Kecamatan Kalibagor lebih dari 2 ton/ha untuk meningkatkan kandungan C-Organik tanah lebih dari 0,26% dengan harkat sedang sampai tinggi.

This research aims to: 1) determine the distribution and content of soil C-Organic, 2) determine the changes in C-Organic soil in paddy fields during vegetative and post-harvest vegetation also 3) determine recommendations for appropriate organic fertilizer application. The study was carried out using survey method in the paddy fields at Kalibagor District, Banyumas Regency on March 2019 to July 2019. The research was carried out twice namely on vegetative period and post-harvest. Determination of sample points based on the Homogeneous Land Unit Map made through overlaying the Land Use Map, Land Type Map, and Slope Class Map with each 1: 50,000 scale map. Determination of sample points follows the modified grid method. The observed variables included pH H2O, pH KCl, electrical conductivity (EC), redox potential, C-Organic soil and rice yields. The results of the research at six villages in Kalibagor Subdistrict showed that the C-Organic soil content at the first and second surveys was predominantly low-ranking (1-2%) respectively 66.67% and 100%. The best correlation between C-Organic soil and rice yield was found in the first survey. Fertilizing recommendations were carried out in six villages by recommending four types of fertilizer namely goat manure in Kalibagor District with an average of 7.50 tons/ha, cattle manure with an average of 5.12 tons/ha, chicken manure with an average of 4.75 tons/ha, and straw compost with an average of 4.32 tons/ha. The average requirement for organic fertilizer in Kalibagor District is more than 2 tons/ha to increase the soil C-Organic content to more than 0.26% with moderate to high levels.
