Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui komponen media tanam yang paling baik untuk pertumbuhan tanaman kubis bunga. 2) mengetahui dosis AB-MIX yang paling baik untuk pertumbuhan tanaman kubis bunga. 3) mendapatkan kombinasi media tanam dan dosis AB-MIX yang terbaik untuk pertumbuhan tanaman kubis bunga. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di screen house Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto mulai bulan Mei sampai bulan Juli 2019. Penelitian terdiri dari 2 faktor dengan 3 ulangan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL). Faktor pertama media tanam yaitu tanah (M0), kompos (M1), kompos+cocopeat (M2), dan kompos+serbuk gergaji (M3). Faktor kedua dosis pupuk AB-MIX, yaitu tanpa perlakuan (P0), 75 ml (P1), 90 ml (P2), dan 105 ml (P3) setiap 7 hari sekali/polibag. Variabel pengamatan meliputi jumlah daun, tinggi tanaman, jumlah stomata, luas daun, panjang akar,bobot tanaman segar, bobot tanaman kering, bobot akar segar, bobot kering akar, bobot batang segar, bobot batang kering, bobot daun segar, bobot daun kering, bobot bunga segar, dan bobot bunga kering. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa media tanam terbaik yaitu campuran media kompos+serbuk gergaji terhadap hasil variabel bobot daun segar. Dosis pupuk AB-MIX terbaik yaitu 105 ml/7 hari sekali terhadap hasil variabel luas daun. Kombinasi perlakuan campuran media kompos+serbuk gergaji dengan dosis AB-MIX sebanyak 75 ml/7 hari sekali terhadap hasil variabel panjang akar.

This study aims to: 1) find out the best growing media components for the growth of flower cabbage plants. 2) find out the best AB-MIX dose for the growth of flower cabbage plants. 3) get the best combination of planting media and AB-MIX dose for the growth of flower cabbage plants.This research was conducted at the screen house by the Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto from May to July 2019. The study consisted of 2 factors with 3 replications using a Complete Randomized Block Design (RCBD). The first factor of the planting media is soil (M0), compost (M1), compost + coco peat (M2), and compost + sawdust (M3). The second factor is the AB-MIX fertilizer dose, which is without treatment (P0), 75 ml (P1), 90 ml (P2), and 105 ml (P3) every 7 days / polybag. Observation variables included a number of leaves, plant height, number of stomata, leaf area, root length, fresh plant weight, dry plant weight, fresh root weight, root dry weight, fresh stem weight, dry stem weight, fresh leaf weight, dry leaf weight, fresh flower weights, and dry flower weights. The results showed that the best planting medium was a mixture of compost + sawdust media on the results of fresh leaf weight variables. The best AB-MIX fertilizer dosage is 105 ml / 7 days for the leaf area variable. The combination treatment of compost + sawdust media mixture with a dose of AB-MIX as much as 75 ml / 7 days for the results of variable root length.
