Tujuan penelitian ini ada tiga yang pertama ialah untuk mengetahui seberapa besarnya pengaruh partisipasi masyarakat terhadap efektivitas BUMDes Mawar Merah. Kedua untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kinerja pengurus terhadap efektivitas BUMDes Mawar Merah. Dan yang ketiga untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi masyarakat dan kinerja pengurus terhadap efektivitas BUMDes Mawar Merah.
	Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan survei, yaitu penelitian yang mengambil langsung dari jumlah populasi dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data yang utama (Singarimbun dan Effendi, 1989: 3). Metode kuantitatif ini dianggap cocok dan akan memudahkan peneliti karena dapat menggambarkan kondisi yang ada di lapangan.
Dari hasil analisis dapat diketahui Koefisien Korelasi Kendall Tau-c antara Partisipasi Masyarakat (X1) dengan Efektivitas BUMDes (Y) adalah sebesar 0,582 dengan menunjukkan arah yang positif. Koefisien Korelasi Kendall Tau-c antara Kinerja Pengurus (X2) dengan Efektivitas BUMDes (Y) adalah sebesar 0,511 dengan menunjukkan arah yang positif. Untuk mengetahui Koefisien Korelasi Kendall Tau-c signifikan atau tidak, dapat dibuktikan dengan cara membandingkan nilai Approx Sig. dengan α (0,05), dimana jika nilai Approx Sig. < α (0,05) maka nilai koefisien tersebut signifikan dan sebaliknya.

The purpose of this study is that the first three are to find out how much influence the community participation has on the effectiveness of the Mawar Merah BUMDes. Secondly, to find out how much influence the management's performance has on the effectiveness of BUMDes Mawar Merah. And the third is to determine the effect of community participation and management performance on the effectiveness of the Mawar Merah BUMDes.

The research used is quantitative, using a survey approach, which is research that takes directly from the population and uses a questionnaire as a primary data collection tool (Singarimbun and Effendi, 1989: 3). This quantitative method is considered suitable and will facilitate researchers because it can describe the conditions that exist in the field.

From the analysis it can be seen that the Kendall Tau-c Correlation Coefficient between Community Participation (X1) and BUMDes Effectiveness (Y) is 0.582 by showing a positive direction. Kendall Tau-c Correlation Coefficient between Management Performance (X2) and BUMDes Effectiveness (Y) is 0.511 showing a positive direction. To find out the Kendall Tau-c Correlation Coefficient significant or not, it can be proven by comparing the Approx Sig. with α (0.05), where if the value of Approx Sig. <α (0.05), the coefficient value is significant and vice versa.
