PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL KEDELAI PADA PEMBERIAN BOKASHI KOTORAN AYAM DENGAN PENAMBAHAN BATANG PISANG DAN AZOLA DI TANAH ULTISOL

Penelitian bertujuan untuk: (1) mengkaji ragam varietas kedelai berdasarkan pertumbuhan dan hasil bijinya di tanah Ultisol, (2) mengkaji pengaruh pemberian bokashi kotoran ayam dengan penambahan batang pisang dan azola yang berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kedelai di tanah Ultisol, dan (3) mengkaji interaksi antara varietas kedelai dan pemberian bokashi kotoran ayam dengan penambahan batang pisang dan azola terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kedelai di tanah Ultisol. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2018 sampai Juni 2019, di screenhouse Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor yaitu macam bokashi dan varietas kedelai. Macam bokashi meliputi tanpa pemberian bokashi (B0), bokashi kotoran ayam:arang sekam (95:5, B1), bokashi kotoran ayam:arang sekam:batang pisang:azola (ASPAz) (75:5:5:15, B2; 75:5:10:10, B3; 75:5:15:5, B4). Varietas kedelai yang digunakan yaitu Anjasmoro (V1), Grobogan (V2), dan Devon 2 (V3). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan dan hasil biji pemberian bokashi kotoran ayam terhadap varietas Devon 2 dan Anjasmoro lebih tinggi dibandingkan Grobogan. Varietas Grobogan memiliki ukuran biji yang lebih besar, berbunga paling cepat, dan warna daun lebih hijau. Penambahan biomassa batang pisang dan azola memberikan pertumbuhan dan hasil yang kurang lebih sama. Interaksi antara bokashi dan varietas kedelai terjadi pada variabel jumlah cabang, umur berbunga, jumlah polong isi, jumlah biji per tanaman, serta bobot biji per tanaman dengan peningkatan berturut-turut 78%, 16%, 146%, 189%, dan 201% lebih tinggi dibandingkan kontrol. Secara umum, hasil biji tertinggi dicapai pada varietas Devon 2 dengan pemberian bokashi ASPAz rasio 75:5:15:5.

The research aims to (1) examine the variety of soybean varieties based on their growth and seeds in the Ultisol, (2) examine the effect of bokashi feeding on chicken manure with the addition of different banana stem and azola to the growth and soybean yield in the Ultisol, and (3) examine the interaction between varieties of soybean and the addition of bokashi chicken manure with addition of banana stems and azola to the growth and yield of soybeans in the Ultisol. The research was conducted in December 2018 until June 2019, at screenhouse in Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Sudirman University. The research was used Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) factorial consisting of two factors are type of bokashi and varieties of soybean. Type of bokashi used are without bokashi (B0), bokashi of chicken manure: husk: banana stem: azola (ASPAz) (95:5 (B1); 75:5:5:15 (B2); 75:5:10:10 (B3); 75:5:15:5 (B4)). The varieties of soybean used are varieties of Anjasmoro, Grobogan, and Devon 2. The results showed that giving bokashi chicken manure to varieties of Devon 2 and Anjasmoro had a higher growth rate and seed yield compared to Grobogan. Varieties of Grobogan have a larger seed size, the most rapid flowering, and color of leaves is more green. The addition of banana stem and azola to growth and yields are roughly the same. Interactions between bokashi and varieties of soybean are found in variable branch number, flowering age, number of contents pods, number of seeds per plant, and seed weights per plant, with increasing respectively 78%, 16%, 146%, 189%, and 201% higher than control. In general, the highest results of seed achieved in varieties of Devon 2 with addition bokashi ASPAz with ratio 75:5:15:5.
