Kegiatan yang memiliki pengaruh besar pada proyek konstruksi salah satunya adalah pemilihan pemasok material. Dalam penelitian ini, perusahaan tidak memiliki kriteria dan model dalam pemilihan pemasok. Permasalahan lain yaitu adalah besarnya biaya persediaan. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan metode Promethee dalam pemilihan pemasok yang mempertimbangkan perhitungan MRP dengan penggunaan lot sizing yang tepat dan sesuai agar dapat meminimasi biaya persediaan. Berdasarkan perhitungan dengan penggunaan lot sizing yang tepat akan dapat menghemat biaya persediaan sebesar 16 – 46% dibandingkan dengan metode yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini didapatkan 9 kriteria yaitu adalah harga, biaya, kualitas, delivery, metode pembayaran, jaminan (claim), komunikasi yang mudah, pelayanan, dan etika. Hasil dari perhitungan didapatkan pemasok yang terbaik dari tiap material dan kriteria yang paling mempengaruhi adalah kriteria harga dan biaya karena nilai bobot dari masing-masing kriteria sebesar 20%. Hasil dari perhitungan MRP memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam perhitungan metode Promethee karena dengan teknik lotting MRP yang sesuai dan tepat akan didapatkan total biaya minimum yang dapat dijadikan input dalam perhitungan metode Promethee.

One of the activities that has a major influence on construction projects is the selection of material suppliers. In this study, the company does not have criteria and models in selecting suppliers. Another problem is the amount of inventory costs. Therefore, Promethee method is needed in the selection of suppliers that consider the calculation of MRP with the use of lot sizing to minimize inventory costs. Based on calculations using the right lot sizing will be able to save inventory costs by 16-46% compared to the methods carried out by the company. In this study 9 criteria were obtained namely price, cost, quality, delivery, payment methods, guarantees (claims), easy communication, service, and ethics. The results of the calculation obtained the best suppliers of each material and the criteria that most affected were price and cost criteria because the weighting value of each criterion was 20%. The results of the MRP calculation have a significant effect in the calculation of the Promethee method because with the appropriate and precise MRP lotting technique a minimum total cost can be used as input in the calculation of the Promothee method.
