Boenyamin 708, Purwokerto 53122 Alamat Korespondensi:ukhtina.rizkasulistiani@gmail.com ABSTRAK BAZNAS Kabupaten Banyumas membuat dan mengimplementasikan program pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui zakat produktif untuk mengatasi kemiskinan di Kabupaten Banyumas, akan tetapi pemberdayaan masyarakat tersebut dinilai belum efektif untuk memuzakkikan mustahiq, belum efektifnya pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh BAZNAS Kabupaten Banyumas dikhawatirkan para mustahiq penerima program pemberdayaan masyarakat tidak akan berkembang dan tidak dapat menjadikan ekonomi mereka lebih baik sehingga kesejahteraan belum sepenuhnya tercapai dan dapat terhindar dari belenggu kemiskinan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untukmenganalisisdanmenggambarkanimplementasi program pemberdayaanmasyarakatmelalui zakat produktif yang dilakukanolehBadanAmil Zakat NasionalKabupatenBanyumas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini di BAZNAS Kabupaten Banyumas dengan sasaran penelitian anggota BAZNAS Kabupaten Banyumas dan masyarakat penerima bantuan program pemberdayaan masyarakat. Pemilihan informan menggunakan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh BAZNAS Kabupaten Banyumas sudah cukup baik, tetapi masih perlu untuk ditingkatkan. Perlu dibentuknya kelompok usaha binaan untuk seluruh mustahiq yang mendapat bantuan program pemberdayaan masyarakat sesuai dengan jenis usaha yang kemudian kelompok tersebut memiliki pembina untuk mendampingi dan mengontrol jalannya usaha sehingga proses emberdayaan masyarakat dapat berjalan dengan maksimal. Dengan program pemberdayaan masyarakat yang diterima oleh mustahiq, maka mustahiq mempunyai usaha dan sudah mampu untuk mencukupi kebutuhan hidupnya sehingga mereka sudah bisa keluar dari kategori fakir miskin, akan tetapi belum mencapai kategori muzakki. ABSTRACT BAZNAS Banyumas Regency makes and implements community empowerment through productive zakat to overcome poverty in Banyumas Regency, but the empowerment of the NATIONAL ZAKAT BANYUMAS DISTRICT (BAZNAS) makes and implements community empowerment through productive zakat to overcome poverty in Banyumas Regency, but the empowerment of the community is not yet effective to change the mustahiq to be muzakki. The community conducted by BAZNAS of Banyumas Regency is feared that mustahiq recipients of community empowerment programs will not develop and cannot make their economy better so that welfare has not been fully achieved and can be avoided from the shackles of poverty. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the implementation of community empowerment programs through productive zakat carried out by the National Amil Zakat Board of Banyumas Regency. This study used qualitative research methods. The location of this research is in the BAZNAS of Banyumas Regency with the aim of the research is the members of the BAZNAS of Banyumas Regency and the recipients of community empowerment programs. The selection of informants uses purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The results showed that community empowerment carried out by BAZNAS of Banyumas Regency was good enough, but still needed to be improved. The need for the formation of a business group for all mustahiq who get help in community empowerment programs in accordance with the type of business which then the group has a coach to assist and control the business so that the process of community empowerment can run optimally. With the community empowerment program that is accepted by mustahiq, then mustahiq has a business and has been able to make ends meet so that they can get out of the poor category, but have not yet reached the muzakki category.
