PENGARUH ASAP CAIR DAN PUPUK N, P, DAN K TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN, RESPON FISIOLOGI DAN HASIL BEBERAPA VARIETAS PADI GOGO

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji: (1) Pengaruh aplikasi asap cair terhadap pertumbuhan, respon fisiologi, dan hasil beberapa varietas padi gogo. (2) Pengaruh dosis pupuk N,P, K terhadap pertumbuhan, respon fisiologi, dan hasil padi gogo. (3) Pengaruh aplikasi asap cair tempurung kelapa dan dosis pupuk N,P,K terhadap pertumbuhan, respon fisiologi, dan hasil beberapa varietas padi gogo. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April-September 2016 di Desa Cendana, Kecamatan Kutasari, Kabupaten Purbalingga. Menggunakan rancangan petak-petak terbagi dengan 3 ulangan. Petak utama merupakan tiga varietas padi gogo yaitu Situ Bagendit, Inpago Unsoed 1 dan Situ Patenggang, anak petak pertama merupakan aplikasi konsentrasi asap cair yaitu 0% (tanpa aplikasi), (0,5%) dan (1%), anak petak kedua merupakan dosis rekomendasi pupuk NPK yaitu 0% N,P,K , 25% N,P,K, 50% N,P,K dan 100% N,P,K. Variabel yang diamati diantaranya tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah anakan produktif, luas daun, klorofil a, klorofil b, prolin, panjang malai bobot 1000 biji, bobot isi, jumlah malai, gabah hampa dan bobot gabah per hektar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan aplikasi asap cair tempurung kelapa belum mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan pada variabel tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan produktif, luas daun dan jumlah daun. Aplikasi asap cair tempurung kelapa belum mampu meningkatkan respon fisiologi varietas padi gogo, dan hasil varietas padi gogo. Pengaruh pemupukan N,P,K (100%) mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan diantaranya tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, jumlah anakan produktif serta kadar klorofil b, namun tidak mampu meningkatkan hasil varietas padi gogo. Aplikasi asap cair tempurung kelapa dan dosis pupuk N,P,K belum mampu mempengaruhi karakter pertumbuhan, respon fisiologi, dan hasil padi gogo.

The study was aimed to: (1) effect of coconut shell liquid smoke application on growth, response of physiology, and yield on upland rice (2) effect of N, P and K fertilizer doses application on growth, response of physiology, and yield on upland rice (3) effect of coconut shell liquid smoke application and effect of N, P and K fertilizer doses application on growth, response of physiology, and yield on upland rice. The research was conducted in Cendana Village, Kutasari District, Purbalingga Regency. The design used was split – split plot with 3 replications. The main plot is upland rice varieties consisting of Situ Bagendit, Inpago Unsoed 1 and Situ Patenggang. The Subplot is application of coconut shell liquid smoke without application concentration (0,5%), and (1%). The sub-subplot is the dosage of NPK fertilizer of 0% NPK, 25% NPK, 50% NPK and 100% NPK. The variables observed were plant height, leaf number,number of productive tiller, leaf area, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, proline, panicle length, weight of 1000 grains,number of panicle, empty grain, filled weight per clump, and weight per hectare. The results showed that liquid smoke application had not been able to increase growth in variable plant height, number of productive tillers, leaf area and number of leaves. The application of liquid smoke has not been able to improve the response of physiology upland rice varieties, and yield of upland rice varieties. The effect of N, P, and K fertilization (100%) was able to increase growth including plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, number of productive tillers and chlorophyll b, but was not to increase the yield of upland rice. The effect of coconut shell liquid smoke application and effect of N, P and K fertilizer doses application has not been able to improve the response of physiology upland rice varieties, and yield of upland rice varieties.
